Sortino's Italian Kitchen

Great food, great server (Stephen). We celebrated a birthday, it was fun! Lots of Gluten free options as well. Great for kids to enjoy too.

From the welcoming staff to the delicious food, I would highly recommend Sortino's whether or not you are staying at the resort. We both had the chicken caesar salad, with a side of the garlic bread which was so good and a side of the roasted broccoli. it was plentiful and super tasty.

First Italian restaurant I have ever eaten at that does not serve complimentary bread or a salad with a meal. Bread was extra $10 and salads additional also. Lasagna was $30. Very expensive. The chef special had no sauce and was dry. Very disappointed in it

First, they had our reservation for 2 instead of 4. The appetizer came out very quickly but we didn't have utensils or plates. The kids got their drinks and finished them long before the adults got theirs. Same went for the dinner. It was over an hour before we got our dinner. Took it to go. They did comp the entrees which helped. Food was good. Not really sure what happened.

The server was very attentive and celebrated our daughter birthday. The quality of the food is not equal to the money you spend.

I was born and raised in New York and this was the best Italian food I have had since moving to Texas. The food was fantastic. The service was great, and we enjoyed the music as well. This was my second visit and we will be back.

We were surprised to find out that they do not serve bread with oil as an appetizer anymore. You have to order it and it is only cheese bread, for $6. What Italian place doesn't serve some type of bread with their meals? The food was amazing! We really enjoyed the entrees. We had fettuccine alfredo and the fettucine bolognaise. WOW! Both were fantastic.

Love Dip bread has changed and is no longer complimentary. Food ranges from a 3-5 stars between the 5 of us. The chicken Alfredo was a hit with the guys. Drinks are tiny and WAY overpriced for a basic alcoholic beverage. The dining rooms were pretty noisy. Staff was awesome overall and were working very hard!

I've always enjoyed the pizza at the Sortino's restaurant. We had gone several times in the past and the very last time we went was several months ago. I remember it being thick, freshly baked and great pepperoni. But today it was so thin and greasy with tiny pepperonis on top which I never remember it looking or tasting like this in the past. It reminded me of the Sortino's pizzeria which is next door to them. I have tried that pizza and it is cheap tasting and not good. So I'm not sure what they did here in the Sortino's restaurant but I will not go back for the pizza here. This is NOT the delicious pizza they used to serve. It used to be my favorite but unfortunately not anymore.

Food was amazing. Our server was PHENOMENAL. Seriously she made this this experience everything. The meatballs are delicious. Our son never eats that much. If you are looking at this place book it. You won't be sorry!!

We've dined at Sortino's for the past 3 consecutive years during our stay at Kalahari. For the first time we were extremely disappointed in the recent changes to the dining experience. There was no offering of complementary bread and olive oil and the appetizer options of bread we did try were not good. There was a breakdown of communication with our server multiple times. Finally two plates of lasagne were served room temperature/cold. Not the best experience by any stretch and we were disappointed we had brought family. The value of this dining experience was not what we were used to and had expected.

This was our first time to eat there and it was delicious! We will definitely be going back!

Cheap food for high prices. Food used to be so good. But it's def no where near as good as it used to be

Fabulous family dinner. Crispy appetizer platter was a great start with their cheesy garlic bread. Loved the cocktails and the food. My lasagna was amazing. Carbonara fantastic. All eleven of us loved our meals.
