Great food, great service, and great ambiance! Family friendly but also nice for adults. Would definitely eat here again!
This was my first visit to the restaurant and I loved it! The food was great and so was the service.
Overpriced food. The hostesses were very rude when I arrived 20mins early with reservation. The waiter was very nice and prompt but forgot drink refills and brought the wrong beer. The entire party of 4 were sick the remainder of night after eating here.
Friendly staff with knowledge of the menu. The food was delicious with a variety of pasta and pizzas to choose from.
Wonderful night and wonderful food! I might choose to go during a late lunch in the future but I made a reservation for NYE in the evening so the noise was more due to customer volume than the experience. Loved it all!
Our server was very nice, but did not manage her tables very well at all. Even when not busy, she had a hard time with time management. We received our meal after about 50-60 minutes and then she had put in the wrong thing. Strangely, it was not something we had even talked about it. She admitted her error and was very nice about it, but at that point I was done. I shared my wife's meal, because I really didn't want to wait another hour for dinner. I never saw a manager and no one ever followed up on this. This does not appear to be a well-managed restaurant. The food was good, but was not worth the drama.
My chicken was so dry I couldn't eat much of it. Overall it was not that special. The server was great. It was little bit expensive for what you get.
The service was terrible. My food was wrong . We waited forever for everything. Super disappointed for what we paid
The ambience was nice and relaxing however the service does need work. We waited 10 minutes before a server came to greet us and take our drink order. She rarely stopped by our table to check on us and we waited a long time to be able to request refills. For the price of the food, you would think the service would be better.
Date night for me & my partner on Christmas Day, our server was very nice and welcoming. Food was great as well, loved the set up and atmosphere of the restaurant. Italy-style 💎

We started off by ordering the caprese salad. Frankly, it was embarrassing- there were maybe 8 SMALL triangles of mozzarella, that if put together likely made one round slice of mozzarella. That was it. It was quite literally a plate of random tomatoes with a little oil and balsamic glaze. And it was not a cheap appetizer. I ordered the seafood diavalo. The shrimp was great! However I wish it was served over a heartier pasta like cavatappi. The thin noodles just don't go with how saucy the dish is. It made the pasta seem cheap and felt like I was eating canned spaghetti-o's. Also, we felt like for how expensive the meals were, bread should have been served free at the beginning of the meal. It also just seems to go with an Italian restaurant for there to be bread. Overall, for the price, I'm not sure we'd return.
Our waitress Julia was very good at her job, always on top of it and very friendly. We really enjoyed our experience.
Restraunt was not busy at 7:45 pm on Saturday evening. Our party of five was seated next to a party of 22, that was having a bday. We couldn't hear, we couldn't talk, and it was a half empty restaurant. Service was fine. Appetizers were good, but pasta was not good. Flavor was lacking and definitely extra al dente! We won't be back. The cost was high for quality and portion size. Not worth it in my opinion.
Sortino's Italian Kitchen is a hidden gem inside Kalahari — the food, service, and atmosphere are all top-tier. We ordered the fetuccini and the spaghetti; both were absolutely delicious, and the portions were generous. Our server was friendly, and the ambiance felt warm and inviting — perfect for a family dinner or a special night out. Highly recommend the table-side cannoli for dessert!”
It was our first time. The food is very tasty and fresh. We had the shrimp scampi and Pasta Mafia - the beef was phenomenal! We are so excited to have made this our new Go-To Italian restaurant! The staff was very attentive and Waleed made the perfect drinks and recommendations.
