Just a heads-up: if you have brown skin, you might be ignored by some staff. I asked a question to a blonde woman wearing glasses, and she clearly ignored me. It was my first time there, and I know how helpful and friendly other locations can be. After reading another review, I realize it wasn’t just my imagination. I hope she reflects in her actions and spreads love, not hate, because in the end everything comes back.

I may not support Starbucks for obvious reasons but I fell down some stairs and came into this Starbucks and asked for ice for my head and the nice lady I think her name was Michelle made me an ice bag and asked if I was okay. She was so kind and wanted to shout her out :)

Absolutely love this Starbucks! The staff is always upbeat and friendly, they know me by name even though my wife's name prints on the stickers. The store is clean, cozy, and a great spot to recharge or get a little work done. Always a great experience here!

Wanted to try their new protein add on to my drink, got charged the $2, but just got milk added to my drink from ref behind the counter, it tasted just half and half , then I order a breakfast sandwich and that looked bad , it was put it in the bag and it was all over the bag, so no more, there is a McDonald's in same parking lot, for the $10 McDonald's is better experience better breakfast for 2 less

Didn’t really feel comfortable or welcomed when I entered the establishment. There were patrons coming in after me, and they were greeted and acknowledged. I walked to the counter and made eye contact with a barista and without hesitation, she walked away. I was finally acknowledged by a male barista and was helped. I won’t be coming back .
Coffee & a clean bathroom. Sometimes that is good enough.

This is my favorite Starbucks in the area and I’ve been coming here since 2002. The service and the management at this location have always been very good. They make all of their drinks very consistently with the right ingredients, right amounts, and correct toppings. Simply put their drinks taste better than the drinks at other locations. I also appreciate the atmosphere in this Starbucks. It is very inviting both inside and outside and I enjoy sipping on my drink and relaxing here. Finally, the employees are friendly and remember the regular customers by name. I usually come in once or twice a week and they recognize me, which is really amazing and very appreciated. I would rather come here and walk in than go to one of the drive-throughs. It’s worth the extra effort to come to this location.

The barista and the cashier today (Sept 12 at 11am) were the sweetest people ever. They made our day! They acknowledged customers as human beings, which we don’t see much nowadays.
