I stopped by early am to grab me and my grandma a coffee and breakfast. I got a dark roast for her and myself a caramel frappe 🤤😋 and the turkey and basil and tomato sandwich. Drove all the way to south Austin and it was just as delicious as it was when they handed it to me 🥰 the lady in the drive was very kind and very helpful. Thank you all for all that you all do it's truly appreciated 💕
As we came through a drive thru, they took the order as usual but they did not fulfill the order for 10 minutes, despite waiting at the window. There was no acknowledgment either at the delivery window, it looked like they were idle inside as well. Not coming to this one ever !

During the busy times I’m sure it can be hectic but please make sure yall are cooking the breakfast sandwiches or bakery items all the way. I have not been here since November because my sandwich was not cooked through all the way. Tried you guys again today, months later, and my sandwich was cold again.
