I went Sunday evening to pick up orders. There was possibly three customers In store and only three employees working so I waited to be greeted. There was a gentleman there before me in the pick up spot who got so fed up with being ignored he left.. when I spoke up and said "excuse me" just so they knew I was there I was met with an attitude and still not helped! Another associate FINALLY helped me but had an attitude as well and Tossed the bags at me. This was my first and last time at this location!

Oleato, in sounds good but taste awful. I didn't like it at all. Is a new creation from Starbucks that turn off the real sense of the real coffee. Oil in a coffee is the worst thing you can ever have in your coffee ☕️

Do NOT go to this location. Ordered two iced shaken espressos on doordash and basically got oatmilk with brown sugar…. So we took them back (negating the entire reason we ordered delivery). The remakes were still just as terrible. I don’t know if they just don’t know how to make the drink or what but there’s no separation or anything and they just taste like milk. This location is absolute trash.

This is the second sub-par watery coffee drink I've received from TWO DIFFERENT Starbucks locations. What is going on?! Your craft coffee drinks used to be good. Now they taste cheap, watery and mostly definitely not worth the price. The service was polite and friendly. Clean store. That's all the good I have to say about it.
They get a 5 because the young lady at the register was so sweet! Idk her name - short brown hair.. very helpful and attentive.

Not sure what's going on? However my last stops at this location have been disappointing. Yes in the friendliness. But when it comes to my simple beverages it's a HUGE negative. For example today; ordered a Venti Earl Grey with 3 Sugar in the Raw. The tea is so bitter, I don't even think they added the sugar packets. I'll have to pour it out to see. Oh and here's are two photos just to prove my order from this AM.
