I visited this location for the first time as I just moved to the area. Ashley is the name of the store manager and she had her team running on all cylinders. Everyone was very friendly and they welcomed every customer who walked into their doors with a "hello, welcome to Starbucks". Ashley was very attentive to the details of her team and making sure everyone was working together. The dining area was kept fully stocked and tables were clean. The restrooms were spotless and fully stocked. For me, all these items are rare to find for any place of service. Ashley and her team are creating an experience that is unrivaled and I'm glad to have found this location and will be a loyal customer!!

I don’t know what’s so difficult about following a static, non-changing recipe consistently. Every time I order something, it’s a 50/50 shot at that order tasting right. Again - it’s a standard (and very easy) recipe. So, why is there THIS much variation in basic taste? Sometimes, the drink will have the right amount of syrup, sometimes it won’t have any syrup at all. Sometimes it’ll have the right amount of roast, sometimes it won’t have any roast at all.
Just….press down on the syrup and roast levers? Just *remember* to do it? Is it that hard? I don’t have much time for lunch, so having to park each and every time I order something, taste it, find out they forgot to press the syrup lever, go in, tell them it doesn’t taste like the menu item at all and tastes like a completely different kind of drink from a different restaurant, and reroll that 50/50 chance is a waste of time.
Lost a customer today. Just remember the basic instructions for creating a basic menu item, please.

I’m not a huge Starbucks fan except when it comes to the convenience factor, but with that said, this Starbucks runs a tight ship! Very clean inside, super personable & fast baristas, and newly remodeled cafe interior. One of my favorites in the area! They’re definitely doing something right!
