Hey Starbucks on 620 and O'Connor in Round Rock Texas customer service is key communication is key everyone understands that when employees don't show up and you have to call people in that you have to open up late communicate don't sit there and stand there and look at us like we're invisible while we're sitting here in the cold

Placed an order via the Starbuck's app, then picked up via the drive-through 10 minutes later. Took about fifteen minutes to just get to the window once we got in line. When we got to the window, they seemed really confused about our order. When we finally got our order, I received a cold cup of brewed coffee (I ordered hot brewed coffee). Worst cup of coffee I've ever bought. Took them 30 minutes to give me a cold cup of coffee?? I would have asked for a refund, but I can imagine how long that would have taken when they were overwhelmed by our simple two-drink order.

Order ahead was not available, no one was in the drive thru but we decided to go in to order. Big mistake! We were the only ones inside and our coffee just sat on the counter while 4 people made other coffees. Customer service is really lacking at this location. 2 days in a row and we had to wait inside over 20 mins for 1 coffee! Do better!

Whoever made my strawberry açaí lemonade with light ice and no berries on Friday 5/24 at around 5:10 pm got me rightttt???? if I ever got that same drink in the morning they put way too much ice for my liking but I don’t care enough to say anything. Literally chugged that thang when I got to my 5:30-11 shift it was so good thank you?
