Fairly normal Starbucks: high prices (not the location’s fault), very friendly service, free refills on hot and iced drip coffee.
One day, the drip coffee machine was broken (at a coffee place!) and had been for a week (seriously) but something else was made for me at the same price.
Very pleased with LACK of crowds lately.
Music can be way too loud, and chairs scraping on floor are deafening.
But good place to set up shop for a while…but buy something!

Well my vehicle is gone and after a month of battling Walmart by myself. Being intimidated and told to go ahead and move forward with ligation if I feel the need to. To having one last individual attempt to hear me out to a decision finally being made and Walmart not caring that a vehicle was damaged after an oil change. I received this letter. Please think twice before getting your oil change here or any service her. My family purchased a battery here and the dealership told her it was bad. She had it checked again and it was bad!!

The service is really too bad, the waiting time is too long, the workers of the place are very inefficient, especially when placing take-out orders.
This location always seems to short my drink. It's happened more than once.

NEVER ORDER IN UBER , they have poor packaging
. The green tape in the to go cover can be easily opened and closed without any one noticing ! I still doubt i ordered coffee and got only half the cup !

I don’t know if there was a policy change with Starbucks because I don’t go there enough. But my normal order is a medium iced mocha. With light ice and whole milk. And the person tried charging me extra for whole milk and light ice and said that is normal and then proceeded to argue with me when I told her that’s not normal.
Additionally, this particular person gave me attitude and a look that they could cut you like a knife because I had a vehicle that made it difficult ordering through the menu board and it was easier through the window.
All in all, this particular person should not be in customer service and should not be charging extra just because she can.
I ended up leaving without any product because my time with this person was so hostile

I'm at the hospital staying with my mother and both times I ordered my drink was terrible. I asked for sweet cream foam and sweet cream, it came looking like black coffee with no sweet cream and very little foam.
Ordered a drink via the mobile app. 9 minutes after the app said that the drink was going to be ready it finally came out. Planned for and needed a little bit of prep time prior to my work shift, that’s no longer available as a result of the delayed Starbucks drink.

Love this place❤️. Such a cheerful and helpful person who took my order. Decaf Peppermint Mocha is a favorite during this season. Their brownies are always a must for me.😀
It could be the early time when I came to get our coffees and pastries but the person who took my order, the young lady that prepared my drinks and served it treated me in a nice and friendly manner! 👍👍👍 I will be there at a later time!
