My wife was using the coffee shop for WiFi. Was told she needed to purchase a drink to be outside. No problem. She did. She moved inside after finishing said drink and the manager was extremely rude and off putting. He’s the same employee that moved over from rr I have complained about, told her in order to be inside she needed to purchase another item even though she had just finished the one she previously purchased. The inside was dirty and the staff unwelcoming and off-putting. Highly recommend driving to a different location if you’re wanting coffee. It’s clear Starbucks would rather keep a rude employee and just move them than address the issue. Unfortunately we’ve had the displeasure multiple times now and will be taking our business elsewhere.

I just started going to this location and the drinks are always on point. & always the right “color” lol. Especially the pumpkin cream cold brew. The baristas are really nice & look @ the cutest artwork I got on my cup today! It definitely put a smile on my face (:

The spark this Starbucks captured my interest right away. This waitress was ready to take my order. She flashed her hands up in the air. She was vibrant and commented and communicated exactly what was happening with my order. It was great; her silly demeanor stayed with me until I left. And talk about a GREAT drink. Yum. Yum. It stayed with me for a long time. Love the location. Aw Grimes and Gattis School Rd. Overall impression? Definitely, make a stop here. Well worth it!

Ordered a venti matcha no ice. 85% of the cup was foam, last %15 actual drink. I had to scoop out all of the foam for this to even be edible. This is appalling…
used to be a destination as a social gathering place. I dont sense that any longer in our area.

We ordered a venti hot gingerbread chai this evening using mobile order and our order was done incorrectly. The employee did correct the order eventually but there was no apology or anything. This is not the first time where this location of Starbucks has messed up our order. It would be great if Starbucks focuses on getting their customers orders correctly so that they don't have to waste their resources(coffee, effort, cups etc) as we didn't pickup the incorrect order. Not sure if we will visit this location again as it seems like the customer service is not as per Satrbucks standards. It's sad...

Still have not had a good experience here. Customer service is awful. I am here at least twice a week and have yet to receive a welcome greeting or acknowledgment at times. Order is almost always wrong. I have a lactose intolerance and have been given milk instead of oatmilk a few times. Match was recently changed and was not given a heads up. I took it back and was told it had changed but if I would have known, I would have asked for sweetener. Very clumpy and chalky. They didn't even offer another type of drink. Hope they get it together.
