I do not recommend coming to this location anymore, Due to the fact when I first walked into the door, employees were rude already, While the employees were making my subs They were giving off attitude, I know it’s rough being a high school student and working in the food industry, but you can have a better attitude. Second thing was when I was ready to check out. I had their standard coupon they offer,the employees and manager informed me that this location is not accepting any coupon but I can log into their app and the coupon is accepted for the location and the manager and employees were giving me attitude about it even though I told him I was here two weeks ago and use the same coupon. I was furious and decided to spend the outrageous cost for two subs and but whenever we got home, my wife was halfway through her sandwich and found plastic inside her sandwich and that made her stop eating. I feel like this location should undergo an investigation as well as The health department.

The only issue i have with this restaurant is that they say they don't take coupons then next day they do. I've asked if it was a system thing or a store thing but never got a direct answer. It feels like the workers just didn't want to process the coupon. In this economical climate we live in we need to save any way we can.

But this store service has been terrible.
From not excepting coupons ??? When every other location excepts the coupons which is what brings me to the Subway food chain to begin with.
Also with them having blue tooth they didn’t hear half of what I said and then said I was the one who didn’t communicate? Excuse me? As a customer I shouldn’t have to repeat myself four times to the person behind the counter because they have blue tooth in their ears and can’t hear me.
Instead I’d 17.99 for the coupon I spent 37.75
A god damn 20 dollars more than I had.

I have visited this location multiple times in the past few months. It’s always one worker with a long line. You will spend atleast 15-20 in line each time. The cookies are never fresh. I asked for 3 cookies and atleast the guy was honest, he told me that they were overcooked and hard as a rock. If you knew you overcooked them, then why wouldn’t you make more? I live 1 minute away from this location but I drove across town because this location’s customer service, cleanliness, and food are ridiculous!

My wife and I walked in and the guy started yelling at us saying that he wasnt serving us, and that the hispanic guy he was helping was his last customer. No request to wait, just a notification that he was not serving us. Its about 2pm in the afternoon and it was deserted so they were not swamped or anything. He just didnt want to serve us. Seems like managment is probably not engaged at all. When I went back in to ask for the store number, so I could report this to corporate, the guy lied to me and gave me a false number. My wife has been pushing me to start going to Thundercloud and I think i will now. Such a disappointment.
