There were 4 employees working about.. all contained conversations amongst themselves while being short with me and my husband taking our order we came in at 6 and they were noticeably working on closing the store they close at 10, the soda machine was turned off, teas were not out for use and they were missing half of the vegetables and sauces, when asked if they had any of them elsewhere they snapped and said no without even going to check (I’ve worked in the food industry it’s not that hard to go look in your walk in) I normally don’t leave reviews but this was very frustrating

Technically edible… but man seems like the place is falling apart. One guy, clearly overworked, trying to take care of everything at once. Forgot my drink, no problem, but they were out of ice and the drink I wanted… but the worst part was that the bread was noticeably… dry, even old?
Stay away, at least until they’re properly staffed.

Order a sandwich through Uber eats. Got the sandwich. It was as dry as could be. Ordered vinegar and oil salt and pepper didn’t get any of that. Ordered mayonnaise did not get mayonnaise ordered no tomatoes and I got the tomatoes ordered extra meat. Hardly got any meat at all. Almost nothing but lettuce on my sandwich will not order from them again through their store or through Uber eats

I rarely leave negative reviews, but this Subway location was a disappointment. The bread was noticeably stale...dry, crumbly, and definitely not fresh. On top of that, they refused to accept Subway coupons that are honored at every other location I’ve visited. The staff wasn’t rude, but they didn’t seem interested in making things right either. I won’t be returning, and I’d recommend others try a different location.
I ordered 6 footlongs for my housekeepers today. The gentleman working was rude and only put one piece of chicken on each footlong and called me and my associate dirty spics and demanded we leave. Today is 5/18 at noon he was only guy there. He removed his name tag to prevent me from leaning his name. I am the manger for avid hotel in round rock. I know this is not how you treat guests in your establishment we will not be back and will leave this review everywhere we go and will tell everyone we know about this subpar rascist experience.

I placed an online order that the app indicated was ready for pickup. However, upon arrival, the sandwich had not yet been prepared. The employee made the sandwich after I arrived, and the preparation lacked care and attention to detail. For example, the cheese was not even tossed on properly. I am very disappointed with the experience
