This place is a joke. I came to get my food and one of the guys making my order kept going to the back and sniffing really hard looking like he just did a bunch of drugs. They were still open for another close to 45 minutes and a guy came in and they denied him because they said they just wanna go home. Ridiculous

I wish i could rate less than 1 star. I am extremely dissatisfied with the service. My calls to confirm the availability of veggie patties went unanswered. I tried no of times. The online ordering system falsely indicated they were in stock. Upon visiting, I discovered they were unavailable, forcing me to visit two additional stores, all of which had the same issue. This experience was frustrating and a complete waste of time.

Awful service, put in a curbside order for 1:10 pm. Never brought it out, went inside and waited for 30 minutes and the employees were rude and acted irritated having to do their job. Welcome to the club. Only refilling factor was the sandwich wasn’t half bad but could’ve been better

I'm at a loss for words regarding this order. They completely botched it, missing seven items on The Beast Sub, mistakenly adding mustard, and also erring on the Ultimate B.M.T. Sub by omitting mayo and the sub crunch. It seems they misinterpreted the 'LESS' option, as everything was overly done. The subs were a mess, with ingredients spilling out upon biting. The assembly was incorrect; meat belongs on the top part of the bun, vegetables on the bottom. The phone call to the shop was mediocre at best. Upon returning, we found they were incorrectly remaking the subs, with the bread left burning in an open oven. I had to intervene to prevent them from serving it burnt. I requested they remake the subs properly, with meat on top and veggies below. The staff seemed unsteady, nearly falling over, and one even dropped the oven pan. We had to oversee the entire process, guiding them through each step. When my wife requested black olives, they were only placed on half the sub, requiring further instruction to distribute them evenly. The frustration and disappointment from the experience caused us to lose our appetite. The employee, Dwane, struggled with the basics, like cutting the sub evenly, resulting in uneven portions. This whole ordeal was unacceptable, and the owner should be embarrassed.

Please, for the love of God, choose another subway. They are slow here when they are not busy. They don’t follow the directions on the receipts and also they were out of mayonnaise. They make your sandwich look like crap. I highly do not recommend that you get a sandwich from this location

It's taken me a few days to get here but I can say enough how grateful I am for Monte and Tamar (sorry if I messed that up). My husband suffered a major heart attack and my mama mind was scattered but the littles needed dinner. We walked in and these guys were so quick and helpful. They had a very clean store and handled my random dysfunction with grace and professionalism. They were literally the light in one of the darkest, scariest moments of my life. Thank you to these two young men!!!

Service from the two guys at the counter tonight completely sucked! They didn’t even acknowledge that I was standing there. Food was made as ordered and delicious but the service could be better

This Subway is inside Speedy Stop service station. I had great service and a good sandwich. They have a few small tables to eat at, which I liked. The only thing was that I could not get good cell phone service, so I couldn't use my app to pay with.

Today I asked for fresh white bread..it looked almost colorless, but ok it looked soft and freash so i got the elete chicken,sounded good...when I began to eat the bread sort of melted fell apart. It looked raw and doughy. The bacon was not crisp nor warm.The texture was not eatable. It almost made me gag. I could not eat this....I called to give the staff heads up but Noone picked. I was at work and had no time left to take it back. I'm hoping for a refund or replacement for another day. Hungry and disappointed. I've been a regular customer at subway for years. Cheryl B
