The older lady manager was rude. And they didn't take subway coupons either, I'm from another town and wasn't happy at all

Out of every fountain drink but coke, when I asked if I could get bottled (it's the same price) they said no. Out of two different vegetables. Out of two different cookies I ordered. They didn't even cut my sandwich.

Horrible one person in front of me took 2 workers 5 minutes to make one sandwich then they started baking the bread. Worst service I’ve ever had at a Subway.

I recently submitted an order online. when I got home I noticed they got the bread wrong, one sandwich didn’t even have anything on it at all besides the meat, and the other sandwich was incorrect. Would give it 0 stars if I could.

Subway closes at 10p. I get there at 8p. They have no bread and no meatballs and the employee was on his phone not caring. Shame.

I only come to Subway for the cookies but the young man who helped me today was just so nice. Super courteous and made my day. I hope he has a wonderful one in return :)

9/16/24 - Jason and Eric(?) were super engaged with customers. And even made suggestions for sauces. Best customer service I have seen in a long time with fast food. Great job guys?????

Called to ask about footling deal, female who anwser said she didn't know anything about it, I asked for the store manager and she hung up on me. Ordered and went to pick it up and again asked for the manager. She said she was but she just started. She has no customer service skills at all and should not be there in that position
Going to try and find the district manager because according to her the other store manager will not be back until Wednesday of next week.

Very little professional ethics with the girl who served, a lack of respect, she treated us extremely badly, since we arrived she was angry and treated us very rudely, they should not hire staff like that to interact with clients if they do not know how to control themselves and how to serve, at the end We thanked him and he made a bad look at us with his eyes. I took a photo of him because the truth is, the terrible service is preferable to not even go back there.

This amazing employee helped my grandma out who is only Spanish speaking. This young man treated us with such respect. Thank you subway for getting people who are more inclusive.
