I am extremely dissatisfied with the service at this Subway location. Since Max became the manager, the atmosphere has noticeably worsened. He comes across as unwelcoming and dismissive, and the overall customer experience no longer feels comfortable or professional.
I especially miss the previous manager, Connie, who consistently provided excellent service and created a warm, welcoming environment. Under her leadership, the staff was attentive, respectful, and made customers feel valued.
One of my biggest concerns is hygiene and safety. On multiple occasions, cleaning and restroom chemicals were being sprayed while customers were actively eating. This is unacceptable and potentially dangerous. No customer should have to worry about chemical fumes or residue near their food.
Overall, the service, professionalism, and cleanliness standards at this location have declined significantly. I am very disappointed and hope management will seriously review this situation and consider replacing the current manager with someone more competent and customer-focused.

We tried to order subs from here ahead of time and for some reason the app was being funky. When we got there and the subs were not ready, I tried to talk to the guy at the register (An Asian guy with glasses at the front) and he just gave me attitude and said he couldn’t help me. I don’t recommend going to this subway!!!
