I had such a great first visit to Summer Moon! The shop itself is clean, cozy, and beautifully designed—definitely a place you want to hang out in. But what truly made the experience unforgettable was Austin’s outstanding customer service. He took the time to really listen to what I was looking for and, thanks to his deep knowledge of the menu, recommended an iced coffee that was chef’s kiss delicious. The croissant was equally amazing, but it’s the welcoming vibe and Austin’s attentiveness that will keep my family and me coming back. Huge thanks to him for making my first visit so memorable!

Coffee was good, but very pricey. The atmosphere was really loud and it made it hard to hear my friend talking to me from right across the table.

We accidentally ordered the wrong drink and the barista was so kind and accommodating that she gave us the one we wanted for free.

I’ve never been here, Nico (hope I spelled that right) but was the best version of hospitality, explaining drinks and options, kind conversation and kept the place clean. Kudos to him and the crew. Def will be back

I have been a loyal Summermoon customer since the very first location on S. 1st St. We probably come to Summermoon at least 5 to 6 days a week. This is my least favorite location for a few reasons.
1) I have ordered drinks (hot chocolate) for my kiddo at kids temp and EVERY TIME it is scalding hot. Really frustrating when I explain more than once it is for a kid. It is also dangerous. Happened again today.
2) the drive through is so slow. Typically, if I’m coming to this location, it is because of the drive-through. Even with four cars in front of me, I can expect to wait 15 minutes. I go to the location on Tech Ridge all the time, and never wait as long as I do at this location.
3) orders aren’t right often. This mostly what happens when I go inside. They usually always forget a food item.
Really a bummer, since this is technically the closest location to my house. But because of all the consistent challenges that we’ve had at this location, I will drive to the domain, or another location to get my coffee.
This establishment provides a wonderful atmosphere for productive discussions. The attentive staff contributes to a seamless and professional experience. Every detail seems carefully considered to facilitate successful meetings. Clients and colleagues will undoubtedly appreciate the comfortable and efficient setting. It's truly a top choice for important business engagements.
CASHLESS, you can shove that crap right where the sun doesn't shine!!! I would give no stars, but I can't do that, so...
Wonderful coffee and great customer service. I highly recommend. The moon milk is awesome, I like more of the coffee flavor so, I get the quarter moon latte which adds a nice splash of sweetness to my coffee. The iced Mocha Moon Latte is a delicious drink, it is very sweet, so be mindful. I was so happy when they began offering K-Cups so I could make the coffee at home. Soooo good!!

Purchased the winter moon latte. Never thought I would be an iced coffee fan, but the drink is delicious. The coffee was fresh, and the drive-thru staff was friendly.
Great customer service, good coffee.
I visited Summer Moon on Highway 79 in Round Rock and was looking forward to a great experience, but unfortunately, I left feeling disappointed. The atmosphere was nice, and the coffee was good, but the customer service left much to be desired.
When I placed my order, the cashier was noticeably dismissive toward me, despite being friendly to the men around me. I even spelled my name for her, yet she still wrote it incorrectly and then loudly called it out in a busy store. While mistakes happen, the tone and attitude felt unnecessarily rude, which made for an uncomfortable experience.
I hope this was just an off day, but customer service plays a big role in a business’s success, and I’d love to see more consistency in how all customers are treated.
Cashless is a big no. They won't be getting my business.
This is a smaller location and there's a drive thru around back. Service was quick and my coffee was consistent with other locations. Glad to have one in this part of town.
