This is my favorite sushi place. My whole family loves coming here. When we order pick up it is always correct and ready quickly. We LOVE SUSHI KOEN!!

We decided to eat here because my wife loves bento.
The reviews of the restaurant were mostly positive, and we agree.
It was a good experience from start to finish.
The staff was friendly and attentive the entire time.
The food was excellent and very fresh!
If you are in the area, you owe it to yourself to give them a try if you enjoy good quality Japanese food.

I would give three starts for the food. Sushi is not the best sushi I had
Service was all around awful . We went yesterday and waited almost 20 minutes and I could see three open tables . No communication on why we are waiting. Once we got seated , the waiter was so confused and you can tell overwhelmed. We kept getting orders we did not ask for and they were for the next table. We never got the appetizer we asked for and when we asked why it is taking so long , the waiter said my boss is busy in the kitchen and trying to keep up. What kind of response is this ? We ended up canceling it . Not great experience over all

Food is top notch, service is generally good, friendly staff and you get what you pay for as far as food goes. Will be returning.

I can confidently say this is the best sushi I’ve ever had. The variety on the menu is impressive, offering so many unique and flavorful options that it’s hard to choose just one!

I started with the Eunice roll, followed by the Ono sashimi special, and ended with the Carrot Top roll. Each dish was an absolute delight. The Ono sashimi was a pleasant surprise since I don’t often see Ono offered at sushi spots in the area. It was incredibly fresh and prepared with precision, making it a standout on the menu. What really stood out was the generous serving of fish—no skimping here!

The Carrot Top roll was my favorite of the night. The fried carrots added a beautiful sweetness that perfectly complemented the roll’s other flavors.
My partner ordered the Spider roll and the Texas roll. He was so impressed with the Spider roll that he ordered another one before we left, saying it was the best roll he’d ever had in his life! High praise, and I couldn’t agree more.

Beyond the food, the service was exceptional. The staff were all incredibly friendly and provided excellent recommendations when I asked for suggestions on what to order. I live about an hour away, but Sushi Koen is so worth the drive. I’ll be coming back again and again! If you’re a sushi lover, don’t miss out on this place!

The sushi was very fresh and well dressed- Not too heavy, and this shined well. We didn't try any rolls but the nigiri and sashimi were great!

I’ve been here twice and each time the food has been on point! I almost forgot to take pictures but the delivery and presentation of their sushi is awesome! Their sauces are very good as well. Servers are fast with their service. Sorry for the partial dish pictures

Classic sushi restaurant. Can be pricey, but not atypical. Fresh, thick cuts of sashimi. Bento boxes are the best, filling deal at lunch. Yummy, super-hot edamame, too. Convenient to the local shopping areas. Popular, but not cramped.

Kid-friendliness: No separate kids' menu, but a bento box was enough to fill up our little one.
