There is zero communication bcuz no one speaks English!! Plus they are super young so they simply don’t want to help you at all. Don’t expect them to speak to you or explain anything. Taco Bell has their amazing menu but doesn’t have managers that are present or an employee that is willing to actually greet you or help you at all. The kiosk is your only help. Great location, store has a sense of “creepy atmosphere “ At times also. Shady people love Taco Bell & that’s not anyone’s fault. This location simply needs a good team that can communicate.

These Taco Bell employees need better training on how to properly wrap a burrito. Everytime I order a burrito it is the same outcome. It looks like someone hammer punched the burrito before serving this mess to me. Again please work on giving 5 Star service.

The employees couldn't figure out how to process a Drive-Through app order and asked me to drive around and go to the end of the line again to give them another attempt at processing the app order. They were weirdly confrontational and couldn't think of alternate solutions like coming inside or pulling to the door and having someone bring it out to me, like every other restaurant would do. I won't be back to this location any time soon.

Greg was an absolute nightmare to deal with and investigated me like I was a criminal and all I was trying to do was replace a quesadilla absolutely wild will never be returning here just because of the hassle it was having something replaced because I forgot the receipt at home and wasn’t able to find it on his time schedule, but ended up finding it at the very end after he made me pay for the item I wanted to return and have exchanged and then refunded my money that I have to now wait five days to get back super unacceptable and such a hassle
Very poor service. There's been multiple instances where I've had to wait for a while to get my order taken or all of the stuff I ordered. I get looked at and ignored until all of their orders are done, and the workers take their time. There's no urgency.

Order taker had me repeat my order 3 times to get it right. Then, they left out part of my order. Person at the window was friendly, just not attentive to detail.

I dropped by this morning for the $3 steak burrito being advertized. It was early-ish, 9 am or thereabouts. The drive through lady was really kind and helpful. And very willing to answer questions. Much appreciated. The food was hot, fast, and delicious. I love this Taco Bell!

The food is an above average Taco Bell experience but let me tell you about Antonio on the drive thru. I have no idea how old this kid is but the amount of personality and kindness that he exudes just over the speaker (even more at the window) is just incredible.

Check your item almost all the time I was missing items, got crunchy tacos every time she'll cracked and not filled properly, I wouldn't recommend it but I have no choice sometimes as its only place open by the time I get home
