We order thru the drive thru. We ordered a crunch wrap supreme and a bean burrito. When we got home there was no burrito and the crunch wrap was cold. We live less than 4 minutes away. We called them to let them know there was no burrito and they hung up on us. Didn't say anything at all. We've never had service this bad at Taco Bell. We will not go back.

On 8/26/2025 at around 8:25pm I was given the wrong food at the drive thru when I went back in with the other persons order they took it from me after I had told them I opened it and inspected it and touched the food with my bare hands they turned around and gave it to the poor person waiting in the drive thru. That was so disgusting I will never be a customer here again. If they’re that careless with someone else’s food why wouldn’t they be careless with mine. I threw away my food it was so gross.

Please save your time and your money as staff is very inconsiderate. It makes it very hard for the kids when they wanna try something new that is out by Taco Bell. Check order before leaving and staff had everything wrong. When told about the order they thought it was funny. Nobody have NO respect at night time.

This place is definitely kinda meh. We ordered, didn't get all of our food and when we did they didn't call our name or anything. The place was practically empty. I expected better for a store in a shopping area.
