My husband is suffering from food poisoning throwing up over a dozen times. We know it was taco bell because he was the only one out of the household to eat there. I'm 31 weeks pregnant and if I would've eaten the food, I could very well be hospitalized right now, risking a premature birth. Safe food handling is important no matter the place of business.

The absolute worst Taco Bell in Austin and surrounding areas. Food was cold, chalupa shells were harder than a crunchy taco. Sauce was disgusting and separated. Everything was stale and old. Also they charged me for potatoes in my cantina bowl and I never got them. Go to the one in Hutto, don’t waste your time here.

I showed up at a slow time, with an abnormal request (two 10$ gift cards needing a much food as possible) the server was very helpful and kind. Even after I received my order the staff was attentive and helpful.

Staff was terrible and order was completely wrong. Had to return to fix and got attitude the whole time.
Edit: here we are again, except the guy at the window was super friendly this time. Had 2 separate orders. First one was just right. Second one? My suggestion is don't try and modify anything (maybe it's just from the app) because absolutely nothing was correct. I was able to eat 2 things total. Everything else was pathetically made with hardly any ingredients or completely wrong and inedible. Did I go all the way back and fix it? Lol no. Did they answer the phone?? Lol you already know. Good luck at this location. True roulette.

they forgot my cinnamon twists and they don't have baja blast, so unfortunately this will be my baja last time i'm coming to this location. great parking lot tho... perfect if you want to Tokyo drift.

Pretty accurate offering the 2000’s meal. Always say they are out of empanadas or tell you they take time to cook. Take the 3mins and do your job. If you don’t wanna sell things take them off the menu. 🤦🏻♂️
