Now I understand why it is a real disgusting restaurant and why the service is so bad, if just as they treat their customers as bad, they treat their employees... $13 an hour of work, he told me that a young man who works in the place in the morning, for salaries like those, they are and will be 100% a disgusting place!

I ordered a Steak quesadilla and the flavor was really good, a very tasty quesadilla unlike any other place I have been to. The people behind the counter were always very nice and helpful when they were needed.

They mess up on to go orders missing items long wait

I went through the drive-through here on Saturday night, so it was busy. The intercom box to order at was not working, so everyone had to wait to get to the window to order. There were 3 cars in front of me, so it took a while. Once I ordered, though, the young man was nice and efficient. Inside, there were a lot of customers dining in, and I saw at least 4 employees working behind the counter. The food was OK, and the price was good, I thought, compared to ridiculous increases at other fast-food places.

This is an old location and it's showing. The smell of sewer hits your nostrils when you walk in and service leaves something to be desired. Also, no jalapeno peppers! They said that they don't serve them anymore. WTH! I ordered nachos, that looked sloppy, and no jalapenos. My partner ordered two tacos and they also were not very good. The chicken fajitas taco in particular had dry and tasteless chicken. Do yourself a favor and go to Taco Palenque, across the highway, which is a much better option. They have a full salsa bar and more. I used to love TC, but they have severely gone down hill. The food quality is not what it used to be by a longshot.

I have came to this location for years but as of late they have been messing up orders. Whoever is taking orders at the drive thru seems to have a hard time understanding English and gets orders wrong.

I ordered a pound of chicken and they gave it to us cold. I told the guy up front to please re heat it for us. The tables were dirty as well. Never again will I come to this location .

I've been coming to this Taco Cabana for breakfast tacos since going back into the office. The normal drive thru crew was always pleasant. The gentlemen at the drive thru today was just horrible. Why do you call a customer Boss. I'm not your boss. I'm a yes sir or no sir. Never have understood that phrase. He took my card then proceeded to walk around the whole back. My bag of food was sitting there, then the next 3 bags piled up. When he came back, the drink was given and before I could turn back the bag a tacos was in my face. Seemed robotic and not trained to create that good customer service experience. He wasn't harsh but just not ready to handle that process.
