Dude from behind the counter just rudely tossed my bag of food on the table and abruptly walked away. Did not respond when I called him out. I complained about it to the lady at the register and she apologized and said he would talk to him..I assume she was the manager.This is the second time I came to this location and was treated rudely. The last time, I ordered three beef enchiladas and was given two without any beef in it and they were just two rolled tortillas with some gravy on it. The cook came out from the grill area and called me a liar.I gave this place a chance, but I am not coming to this location any longer..

Food was good but not worth some of their prices. My brother and I are always very kind in greeting hosts, cashiers, etc like in this case, she didn't reply to "hi, how are you?" But she did say "can I take your order?" in a very rude and rushed manner and there wasn't another customer in there at the time ?

One of the male employees (portly, 6’0 foot, white guy with glasses and dirty teeth) was laughing at and making fun of an elderly man for tripping on the parking curb and dropping his food. He was doing this while we were ordering our food and trying to get us to laugh with him. Gross behavior from the employee. Apparently three people have tripped on the curb as of April 2024 (I’ve attached a picture of said curb, blends in pretty well) Maybe paint the curb yellow so people can see it better. The food was good except that they didn’t clean what they use for cutting quesadillas, it had BBQ sauce along the cutting lines. I could understand if they’re busy but when we got here there was one couple ahead of us with nobody in the drive thru and it stayed like that until we left.

They gave my order to the people in front of me after waiting about 20 minutes in the drive-thru. They had to remake it and didn't have me move ahead, so I'm sure the people behind me are super pissed. I really couldn't hear the guy over the intercom. Seems like a disaster night for them. Hopefully it's a one-off. There were four employees in the kitchen and now there's only one. Weird.
