Our family loves going to this place, but I feel like the service sometimes isn’t always the best.

I don't know why it has taken me so long to write a review but better late than never! I've been all over the country and never found a boba place like this! The options are amazing, the drinks are incredible, the stores are so cute, and the staff always friendly. This has officially become the only place I go to get boba and every other place I happen to try I always judge in comparison to Teapioca. Please never close, y'all are amazing
You can order a fresh fruit cup but it has to be the way it comes with. What if you’re allergic to some of the fruits that it comes with. I’m not sure if this is an actual rule or just the staff not wanting to do their job.

I had a disappointing experience at Teapioca Lounge. The staff were quite arrogant and dismissive while taking my order, which made the visit uncomfortable. Customer service is a crucial part of any business, and unfortunately, it was severely lacking during my visit.
Drove 25 minutes just to find out they close at 9pm not 10pm. Update your closing hours online.

I am just trying this place this year. My physical therapist is next door so when I'm done I typically I have something from here. So far everything has been great.
I can't believe the terrible customer service here,It was my very first time visiting the place and I explained that to the cashier Nidia G, she totally ignored me passing my order off to someone else that did not even understand English, I ask the cashier Nidia G do you mind making my smoothie since I gave instructions on how I desired it to you and she stated yes I know how to make it but totally disregarded my request as if it was a joke and still ignored me passing it on to someone else to do.very rude and so careless.I will not return to this location.No customer service and it seems this place is very Bias and it made me feel like she didn't care how I felt looking back and forth at her co-worker circling her as she tried to make my order I requested from her to begin with,to me if she wasn't going to make it for me as I asked then she could have just stated that and not boldly ignoring me like I was irrelevant to the business.Some people have no respect or hospitality at all.the person sweeping as I left was the only one to say thank you to me for doing business she was about the only sweet one at 09:55pm

I don't know where to start yesterday Thursday I went to buy drinks (supposedly on Thursdays they can give you a free spoonful of tapioca after 5 in the afternoon) I went to buy in the morning and they told me that they couldn't give me the promotion because it was after 5 in the afternoon, something I wanted to check by going after 5 I told the cashier and she told me that she couldn't give me the promotion and asked why they suddenly removed it, which I feel very bad about since the cashier has always treated me badly and didn't want to validate the promotion, there wasn't a manager in the store, there never is to talk about what happened, afterwards an ant got into my drink, I hope it was an accident and not on purpose, I hope they have a better way of treating customers and being LEGAL AND FAIR and above all that they be clean and not have bugs in the drinks.
I really only always get the black milk tea here. Service in person is actually perfectly fine, but I find trying to order online impossible to do as they don't offer the other sugar options. They also have the comment section blocked off, so I can't ask for it. Otherwise, I'm always content with my order when I go in person.
