Worst boba experience I had ever experienced!! I was really disappointed with my order today. The boba milk tea had almost no flavor at all, and the boba pearls themselves were completely tasteless. On top of that, the girl who served me was quite rude and unprofessional. Definitely not the experience I expected.

My name is Gabriel, and on Thursday, October 17th around 3:28 p.m., I visited your Teapioca Lounge location where I witnessed an unfortunate incident involving a disabled veteran and his service dog. An employee told the man that animals weren’t allowed, even after he calmly explained that his dog was a trained service animal protected under the ADA. The employee continued to insist he wait outside and asked for an ID, which isn’t legally required. The veteran handled the situation respectfully, but it was uncomfortable to watch and left him visibly embarrassed. As a customer, I believe this situation shows a need for better staff training on ADA regulations and disability awareness so that individuals who rely on service animals are always treated with respect and understanding.

Some of the best boba around! So many options and the tapioca pearls are always fresh and just right. I come here whenever I can with my best friend and family! I recommend any of there basic flavors like matcha or taro teas but there’s plenty of other, crazier flavors to try!

This is definitely the best spot and I have been to all 50 states and have had Boba tea in about 30 states this one is the best out of all!

I’ve recently acquired an affliction for boba, namely the popping bobas. I’ve started trying new places, and this one is great! The seemingly new employee seemed a bit taken aback when I said I wanted all the flavors of popping boba, but whoever made the drink did me justice. The raspberry black tea was delicious, as was the boba, especially the lychee. I’m looking forward to trying other drinks here!

Don't tell on me. 😅 But it's waaay better than the Dumont boba place. Got the coconut cream tea coconut 🥥 absolutely delicious. Price for size is reasonable. One drink, first time here and I am already interested in trying the other drinks they have. But I 1000% recommend the coconut cream tea.

At this tapioca place, you’re only allowed to use the restroom after placing and paying for an order—which is inconvenient enough. But what really upset me was when my 10-year-old couldn’t open the restroom door and I was on an office call. I asked for help, and the staff refused. One of the ladies at the counter even said, “You’re the parent, you should help him.” Completely rude and unprofessional. I will not be coming back.

Our family loves going to this place, but I feel like the service sometimes isn’t always the best.

I don't know why it has taken me so long to write a review but better late than never! I've been all over the country and never found a boba place like this! The options are amazing, the drinks are incredible, the stores are so cute, and the staff always friendly. This has officially become the only place I go to get boba and every other place I happen to try I always judge in comparison to Teapioca. Please never close, y'all are amazing

You can order a fresh fruit cup but it has to be the way it comes with. What if you’re allergic to some of the fruits that it comes with. I’m not sure if this is an actual rule or just the staff not wanting to do their job.
