I have searched near and far for the best bartenders in the land, and then to my surprise, I stumble (literally) across Steph and Kayla at the Flats. Wow. Talk about a bucket list. Those 2 make downtown round rock the best place on planet EARTH. A local cheers, wherever knows your name. In fact they were our very first friends here in Austin. I’ll say I’m better at trivia than them, but in love they win a million times over. We love them both!

Where does one begin? We closed our tab, got shorted $5! Then, told them NOT to Charge our card we paid cash ..still charged $10 and some change...Not a fan.
MY FIRST EXPERIENCE AT THE FLAT DOWNTOWN ROUND ROCK WAS HORRIBLE!!!!. I open a tab on the outside bar and they decided to open up 2 tabs on my card!!! No idea until I call today to find out what happen to my card. The bartender couldn't even find my name when it was time to close it out. So... I see my bank account and saw the many charges on it from THE FLAT. I CANT EVENT GET A MANAGER TO CALL ME BACK TO HANDLE THIS. I THOUGHT THIS WAS GOING TO BE A GREAT PLACE TO GO On SUNDAY BUT NO!!!!! DONT OPEN A TAB THERE AT THE FLATS. I don't know how a place don't have a manager on site to take care of this!!!!!

Charged $18 + tax and tip for shot of whiskey thats below $70 a bottle in the liquor store. Dont see how they're charging that much for a small shot. This was during happy hour on week day for reference
