I’ve been eating at ThunderCloud for over 20 years, and I never thought I’d be writing a review like this. The quality and service have gone downhill so badly that it’s barely recognizable from what it used to be.

If you enjoy finding hair in your food, dealing with rude staff, or getting your order messed up more often than not, this is definitely the place for you. Unfortunately, the consistency and pride that once made ThunderCloud great just aren’t there anymore.

After two decades of being a loyal customer, it’s disappointing to say that I can’t recommend them at all in their current state.

Great service and food quality, always friendly! Came in during a pretty busy pop of business and the 2 girls working handled it great. Hands down, my favorite sandwich place for almost 40 years now. Egg salad has been my go to for as long as I can remember.

Josh and Nathan are by far the heartbeat of this location. I've never eaten here before but after having the best experience I've had this year I can promise I'll be back. Food is amazing, customer service is amazing. The damn store was clean as well. Honestly give both of those guys a raise as they made me feel right at home. Thank you for treating me like a brother. 💯.

I asked for a Lady Bird, and wasn't really watching them make it.... and they forgot the Bacon and the Guacamole..... thats like the whole point of the sandwich lol pretty bummed. When made right, the Lady Bird is Unmatched!

I love Thundercloud! Scott helped me and he was so nice. I always get the Turkish delite here, it’s really good!!! This location was in a strip mall by a gym down South near the Mary Moore Seawright Park. Thundercloud has yet to disappoint and this one was as good as ever!

Placed a pickup order after hearing so many great things from friends. I have NEVER seen so much meat in a sub. Some sub places provide a disappointing amount of bread. Thunder Cloud’s portions are so generous and filling. Very reasonably priced too.

Wow! What a great store. No complaints, a delicious experience each time. Thundercloud employees have a way of making six inches satisfying.
