I absolutely love thundercloud. They have super friendly workers, and make the best sandwiches. If you’re in Austin, there is no reason to go to Subway or really any other sandwich place around. My go to is the New York Italian and you gotta have thunder sauce.

Today I was met with a snappy rude attitude from a worker because I simply tried to explain I forgot to put a name down for the order but have the number and items. The attitude was a bit disappointing me and my coworkers eat here at least once a week but I will not partake if customer service is going to be rude for absolutely no provoked reason.
Worse thundercloud location ever. I get tired of calling to speak with a manager to get a sub remade every time I come here. I started giving the sandwich makers a copy of my receipt from the lake creek or 290 location just so they can make it correctly and it still isn’t. It is so frustrating to give someone directions and they still do what they want. I’m taking it upon myself to do a side by side comparison of his location and any other, then sending the details to corporate and posting it here. Been having the same issues since I moved to round rock in July. Do not order any tuna or anything extra from here because you will be highly dissatisfied. Worse part about it all is you have to hover over them—with written instructions and again, they charge you for the additions and still make it without it. Typically I have them make it over, but if someone else goes in on my behalf, they just don’t have the patience to hold their hand and speak to a manager after giving them written directions. Ridiculous and exhausting just for a great Sandwich the thundercloud franchise is known for. I’m literally eating bread and veggies tonight- thank you Thundercloud Round Rock.Vegetarian options: All the veggies can eat..just don’t ask for extra. You will pay——-and won’t receive.Dietary restrictions: All the veggies you can eat; don’t you dare ask for extra protein
