Tiff's Treats Cookie Delivery

Ordered delicious cookies for my nieces birthday and the delivery gentleman Mike was the most kindest person. He made my nieces day. I greatly appreciate how kind and wonderful Mike was. Thank you Mike, I will definitely be ordering again.

Ordered two dozen for delivery 2/1/26; of those, I decided to try .5 dozen each of two new flavors, Dubai chocolate (which costs more) and protein.
Protein cookies were absolutely horrible! All I could taste was whey protein, cookies were not moist, and crumbled like they were old.
Dubai cookies were a complete disappointment. I could not taste, nor was the pistachio center visible. Essentially these were chocolate cookies with “crumbles” on top.
What a let down. The only reason I’m giving 3 stars is because the other dozen were spot on good and what I’d expect from Tiffs. As a loyal member, please do better.

Thank you to the team at TIFFs for standing behind their products. They reached out to me, asked to make it it right, and today I received a new delivery for free and the cookies were absolutely delicious. Thank you!

Izzy was amazing ! She was generous and helped me with my order separating 2 cookies in a bag for 9 teachers I was getting the cookies for. She had a wonderful attitude and willingness to help me especially when they were low on people working at that time. We need more people like Izzy and her wonderfully customer service ! It was my first time at this store and my experience was not good. There was a mistake in the packaging of my order and the girl who served me had a very rude and annoying attitude. I really would not return. Customer service was very disappointing to me!

Tiff’s Treats never disappoints! The warm cookies are absolutely delicious, and the best part is that they’re always fresh and gooey. Even though I’m usually a chocolate chip girl, my favorites here are the butter cookie and the lemon cookie—both are surprisingly flavorful and just the right amount of sweetness.

If you’re craving something sweet and comforting, Tiff’s Treats is the perfect spot!

Been coming here for the past 2 months and only have good things to say. The cookies are nice and chewy, flavorful, and have the perfect sugar to salt balance. Highly recommend them over... Crumbl, eughh.

Stop offering curbside if you're supposedly never available to bring anyone their order via curbside. There were a lot of people standing around when I walked in...
