Izzy was amazing ! She was generous and helped me with my order separating 2 cookies in a bag for 9 teachers I was getting the cookies for. She had a wonderful attitude and willingness to help me especially when they were low on people working at that time. We need more people like Izzy and her wonderfully customer service ! Thank you Izzy for all your help !

It was my first time at this store and my experience was not good. There was a mistake in the packaging of my order and the girl who served me had a very rude and annoying attitude. I really would not return. Customer service was very disappointing to me!

Tiff’s Treats never disappoints! The warm cookies are absolutely delicious, and the best part is that they’re always fresh and gooey. Even though I’m usually a chocolate chip girl, my favorites here are the butter cookie and the lemon cookie—both are surprisingly flavorful and just the right amount of sweetness.

If you’re craving something sweet and comforting, Tiff’s Treats is the perfect spot!

Been coming here for the past 2 months and only have good things to say. The cookies are nice and chewy, flavorful, and have the perfect sugar to salt balance. Highly recommend them over... Crumbl, eughh.

Stop offering curbside if you're supposedly never available to bring anyone their order via curbside. There were a lot of people standing around when I walked in...

Went in a little after 7:30pm to order 1/2 dozen. ( I was too lazy to bake) we could only ask for what was in the cabinet. The (2) chocolate chip cookies and the (1) pecan chocolate chip cookie they had left looked like the size of a chips ahoy cookie. Don't know what happened to that batch or their recipe, but after I ate my (1) chocolate chip and my (1) pecan chocolate chip, they literally left a sour taste in my mouth. I am no longer a fan of Tiffs Treats because of this experience. I 100% regret leaving the comfort of my home to buy cookies, when I should have just baked my own. $12 down the drain. I'm bummed. That's for sure. I will not be sending this information to the support email that I see is posted for all these reviews. What I belive should happen, is the company revisit their quality of a cookie they baked and shared/sold
that put them in the business to begin with. If you lose sight quality, you lose
customers.
