Torchy’s as a chain is great. This store in particular needs some training! 5 of us ordered and three orders were wrong. The staff is young , and although that doesn’t necessarily mean hard & intelligent workers can’t be young , but they seemed reluctant to fix the mistake and also bothered that I mentioned that the orders were wrong. It wouldn’t have been such a big deal if was quick fix, but they dragged their feet.

I ordered a salad to go. My order was taken promptly by a lovely person who was very polite. Food was ready quickly, and it was fresh and delicious. The warm chicken even came in a side section so it wouldn't wilt the salad on my way home.

Best breakfast tacos ever... You def should call in ahead cuz they take along time to your food out... Trailer Park is out favorite and we just can't seem to break off of that one but will def try all of them in the near future...

Counter service tacos. The pork was excellent. Good-sized tacos. 2-3 is fine for an adult.

Was missing the burrito grande and called and told them it was missing. They asked if I wanted it refunded or remade. I told them “remade please.” and when I showed up it was actually refunded and I had to reorder the order. I am sorry for getting snappy with the cashier. I apologized to her. It was not her fault but very little was done to make this right accept I was placed back at the bottom of the line when I had to reorder and it could take up to 10 days to get the refund. It’s not ever been this bad.

Can't say that I've ever had a worse customer service experience in my life!

Our tacos were mislabeled so a family member ate a taco that was not meant for them before it was discovered. I turned the car around and called the store on my way back, only to be told there was nothing they could do.

When I walked into the store and spoke with the manager, I was told that, "The labels don't always stick very well so we just put them on the nearest taco."

I was able to get a replacement taco BUT ONLY AFTER TRADING IN ONE OF MY OTHER TACOS!

Feel free to look through my other reviews. I don't remember the last negative review I left. Always try to be positive and promote businesses but this is the most absurd thing I've ever experienced.

**Edited: Torchy's has reached out and not only refunded my purchase but has also assured me they will use this as a training experience. Definitely above and beyond what I have expected.**

Honestly just a terrible experience all around, to start it of I ask the cashier if they are doing the $1 off special right now which she said yes. I do my order and after I paid and sit down I noticed my total was slightly higher than it should’ve been. I go back to the cashier and she said “I noticed when you walked away I didn’t apply the discount I felt so bad I’m sorry” LIKE WHAT???? YOU DONT THINK TO SAY ANYTHING? Her manager then comes in who by the way is probably the most unprofessional manager I have ever crossed paths with in my entire life. Made me feel like a burden the entire time she was “Helping” and just ended up double charging my card to get my refund when I told them I’m cool with just a comped item so I don’t have to wait for funds. She didn’t give me the time of day before cutting me off. Aside from that food was lackluster, chips were hard and queso was cold as well as my Baja shrimp tacos. Will not be visiting this location again. Ps. I will include a pic of the very rude “manager” so you guys know exactly who to look out for next time you are here.

Food is great - when they get my order correct. I order Torchys frequently through Doordash. And this is the third time they completely altered my order after I placed it and without my authorization. Doordash helps me resolve it with a refund. But that doesn't change the fact that Torchys is changing my order and giving me incorrect food. I'm pretty sick of this.

I love this place. It is not traditional Mexican food. They have put a great spin on many tacos. Keep an eye out around the restaurant for secret menu items.
