You’ve got to try Torchy’s. As a native Texan, I turned up my nose at Torchy’s when I first tried them. I compared them to west coast tacos, and contrasted that with our good old fashioned, Texan tacos. But, enough friends and family loved them so much, that I kept finding myself going back.
