Ordered their so-called “signature” brown sugar milk tea, only to find there was no tea at all—just milk, boba, and a heap of syrup. Watched the girl skip the tea entirely, seal the cup, and I still second-guessed myself thinking I may have missed it… but nope. Just overly sweet milk. 🤢

Way too sweet and not enough options. The bigger franchisees of different names have so many options and jellies and you can tell them how sweet you want it. I took one sip and I threw it away when I walked out.

The worst boba I’ve ever had. Stirred and took a sip— grainy, disgusting, pure sugary powder and stale feeling tapioca pearls. Not to mention the drink was $7.30 minus the tip and they only have one size which is just absolutely gigantic. Please don’t go here. The two girls working were also inattentive and kind of rude. Behind the counter it also looked dirty and the store is sparsely decorated which just makes it feel empty and awkward. No seating either. Wtf?
Threw the boba in the trash on my way out. Don’t waste your money here.

Drinks are absolutely delicious. They can alter the sugar levels for you. The people working are so so nice. I dropped my tea in front of the store and he replaced it for me. Absolutely didn’t have to. I’ll definitely be back!

This seems like a locally run place. The staff was very kind and even swapped out my mom's drink despite my mom ordering incorrectly due to a language barrier / misunderstanding and the error being completely my mom's fault. This was honestly was kind of amazing and is the reason for the 4 stars because of the customer service.
The ingredients, however, are all prepackaged powder or syrup. They would do well to try to have a place to prep so that the lack of premium ingredients isn't so noticeable up front. I recommend this place only if you have a craving while AT the outlets. I would not go out of my way to get bubble tea from here like I do some other places. There are much better options around for authentic boba tea.
