I am writing to express my serious dissatisfaction with the experience I had today at your boba shop.
First of all, your pricing is extremely unreasonable. At other boba shops, the same type of drink is sold for 5–6 rupees, while you charged $12 for the same product. There was absolutely no difference in quality, taste, or service that could justify such an excessive price.
Secondly, the quality and taste of the boba were very poor. The drink tasted bad, unpleasant, and stale. It was not fresh and was honestly difficult to drink.
Most concerning of all was the lack of hygiene. The staff did not wear gloves while preparing the drink and did not follow basic cleanliness standards. This is very alarming for a business that serves food and drinks, and it puts customers’ health at risk.
I am submitting this complaint expecting serious attention and corrective action regarding: • Unfair and excessive pricing • Poor product quality • Failure to follow basic hygiene standards
If this issue is not addressed properly, I will have no choice but to escalate this matter through official channels and submit formal complaints to the appropriate authorities.

I’ve been here twice, and the experiences were very different. The first time was great— it was quiet, the staff was very kind, and they accommodated my lactose-free request with no issues.
This second visit, however, was extremely busy and chaotic. Unfortunately, despite double-checking with the staff that my drink was lactose-free, it clearly wasn’t. I’m very sensitive to lactose, and as a result, I’m now dealing with a lot of stomach pain.
Because of this experience, I likely won’t be returning.

I tried the mango boba tea and really liked the flavour.Only thing I missed was jelly, they don’t have it here. But overall, it was good and refreshing😊

Totally disappointed with Totally Tea. I specifically asked for less sweet drinks, but what I got was overly sweet and honestly undrinkable. The “crystal boba” was nothing more than colored sugar liquid, and it’s obvious they only use powder to make their drinks instead of real ingredients. For such bad quality, the prices are way too high. On top of that, the customer service was terrible—the staff didn’t seem to understand what less sweet even means. Definitely not coming back.

Ordered their so-called “signature” brown sugar milk tea, only to find there was no tea at all—just milk, boba, and a heap of syrup. Watched the girl skip the tea entirely, seal the cup, and I still second-guessed myself thinking I may have missed it… but nope. Just overly sweet milk. 🤢

Way too sweet and not enough options. The bigger franchisees of different names have so many options and jellies and you can tell them how sweet you want it. I took one sip and I threw it away when I walked out.
