Isabella M did not know what she was doing. She repeatedly asked me the same questions, made my smoothie incorrectly after asking me the same question multiple times! When she handed me the smoothie there was no protein in it, I told her. She asked for my cup back to add it in. Put her hands all over my straw and then handed it back to me with the smoothie running down the side . Worst experience I’ve ever had at tropical smoothie cafe. I will not be returning to this location.

went to get a smoothie from there and when i looked into the cup and it wasn’t filled all the way and when i’ve gone before it’s been full to the top very terrible experience especially when im paying a lot of money for a smoothie. it seems both locations in round rock are run terribly. the owner needs to find someone more competent to run these stores and not make a bad product.

The dragon fruit bowl was too sweet, the bowl was very small, and the portion was not worth $10.45. It had very little fruit and even one large piece of ice. It was not what I expected.

I ordered a $16 and left a $2 tip, total $18 smoothie this morning. Showed up at this location at 7:12am to pick it up, as I usually do and the door was locked and lights off. I tried to call and no answer. I left a message, urgent! This ruined my day. I look forward to my smoothies in the morning especially when I'm having a particularly bad morning, it's the little things. This was very upsetting. I had to leave as it was a stop on my way to work. I called my husband in tears and he offered to go back up there and try to pick it up for me and when he arrived at 7:40am he came upon locked doors and no lights. He ended up goin to the Tropical Smoothie in Pflugerville and got me a smoothie to brighten up my day. I live in Round Rock but I think I'm gonna change my location to the Pflugerville location because they helped us out and made my day a little better. Thank you Pflugerville Tropical Smoothie.
I want my money back from the Joe Dimaggio location. I will take my business elsewhere 😠
