The food and drink selection at Tumble 22 is incredible—everything is consistently delicious, well-made, and hits every time. On top of that, Vale has been absolutely amazing over the past year every time I’ve visited. Her energy is unmatched—warm, positive, and genuinely welcoming from the moment she greets you. She’s consistently attentive, friendly, and makes every visit feel special, not just another table. You can tell she truly cares about her guests and takes pride in providing great service. Vale is a huge reason I keep coming back, and Tumble 22 is lucky to have her. Truly one of the best waitresses around!

This is good fried chicken! My husband was craving just crispy fried chicken and he scored on this!
It’s so good and so crispy! The coleslaw and the mac & cheese also great. The pie was made that day and yummy!

I had visited the location on Burnet a couple years ago and didn't think much of it. I gave it another try at this location. Ordered the clucking hot sandwich and it barely had any heat. The dirty fries had dry pieces of pulled chicken. I also don't like that they charge over $12 for a chicken sandwich but you get the cheap chicken thighs instead of the more meaty breast. Maybe you should offer a chicken breast option but I'm sure you'll also increase the price of the sandwich.

The Round Rock location absolutely nailed it, and a huge part of that credit goes to William, the manager. The food alone is next-level—the chicken is easily some of the best I’ve ever had: perfectly cooked, insanely flavorful, and exactly what hot chicken should be.
What really set this visit apart, though, was the service. William personally came by our table multiple times to check in, make sure everything was perfect, and genuinely welcome us. That kind of attention and care is rare and speaks volumes about how well this location is run.
The whole place felt dialed in—great energy, smooth operation, and a team that clearly cares about the customer experience. If the Pflugerville location near me is managed anything like this Round Rock spot, I’ll be there constantly.

The food is good but this location never gets to-go orders right. The last time I ordered, they completely left out 2 pieces of chicken. Today, all I ordered was 1 chicken and 1 sauce, yet they still forgot the sauce (it cost extra too).

Chicken in sandwich was dry and almost rubbery. Cutting of chicken could be better since some parts were thick but others were thin. It was hot so seems like it was fried ahead of time and then refried to warm it up. Fries tasted like they had been sitting for a bit and not fried to order. Service was quick but I wouldn’t have minded waiting longer for food if it would have been made to order

I've already come several times and I forgot to take a picture before, but if someone doesn't leave anything it's because everything is very tasty. A photo says more than a thousand words. Magnificent luxury to eat with the family, the luxury is clean and the food is very tasty. There is a variety of spicy flavors all to taste, The delicious Mac-n- cheese. The waiter (Mattew) excellent service and very friendly.

If you’re feeling brave (or just hungry), Tumble 22 Hot Chicken is where courage meets crispy goodness. This is not “polite” chicken — this is strap-in, choose-your-heat-level, sign-the-waiver-in-your-head chicken. The sandwiches are juicy, the breading is perfectly crunchy, and the heat ranges from “oh this is nice” to “why am I sweating but still taking another bite?”

I am very disappointed in this restaurant. They completely messed up my order. I had ordered from the restaurant’s website for delivery to my house. I had ordered a sandwich with I specifically ordered to have no pickles in it and it says so on the receipt and they still gave me pickles. They didn’t give me half the items I ordered. I had order 4 different slices of pie for my family and I only got one. Three of the pies that I ordered were not given to me. I had called to the management at first and they left me on hold 20 minutes and I kept calling back to ask about my missing order and no response. The only time I got back in contact with them was when I called from my daughter’s phone. Then only then was I was offered a refund because they couldn’t send the stuff to my house but I haven’t got confirmation of my refund. Also, the food wasn’t even that good. It was mediocre at best. This restaurant has deeply disappointed me and I will not be ordering from here again don’t order on the website because they are terrible and they will mess up your order so terribly.
