Urban Bird Hot Chicken

Fix the AC. Serving food in a place that doesn’t have air conditioning in Texas is at best miserable and at worst unsanitary.

Took forever (at least 3 mins) to be greeted by cashier (everyone walked away once I came up to the register) , then cashier completely skipped me in line and started to assist woman behind me!!!! Felt very unwelcomed. Food may be good but TERRIBLE customer service. Read other low reviews and you'll see they have a trend with this kind of behavior. Smh.

Great branding and good food! I got the Nashville Hot chicken Sando combo with seasoned fries. The fries could have been more seasoned and they lacked flavor. The service was slow considering that they seemed like a fast food restaurant. Also, I would have preferred the sauce to come in a cup rather that packets since I'm eating in. But, the sandwhich was by far the best thing here. The spice level was perfect with a great smoky flavor. The cold slaw and kale was a perfectly balancing combo while still letting the spicy through. Also a good quantity of food for the price.

It was good. I probably should have gotten Xtra hot. Didn't think hot was very spicy and flavor was ok. Solid place. Hot Cheetos fries were good.

great tasting food, a spin on mexican elote(corn) added with the fries at the bottom of the basket with chicken! I gave the atmosphere two stars because the a/c is sub-par, not even sure if it has ever worked, because each time we have visited, it has been the same stuffy environment. join the rewards program, the rewards come quick!

Highly recommend, very professional.

It's OK but not nearly as good as other Nashville hot chicken places, IMO. The chicken was of high quality and cooked correctly, but there were a lot of raw dry spices on the outside. The spices on the outside didn't seem like they were part of the chicken. If you took a bite of chicken and then a separate spoonful of spices and chewed that together in your mouth that would give you an idea of what this was like. Certainly not worth the price.

The chicken is delicious. The Nashville hot was extremely hot. I always ask for 2xMild. It’s the right spice. The new Hot Honey takes the chicken tenders to another level. I highly recommend the Hot Honey. The corn is so good. Thank you Urban Bird for being consistent.
