I'm not leaving a 1 star review because there are redeeming qualities about this restaurant. It just needs to be better.

The food itself is good. It's at about the Chipotle price point. Expensive for fast food, but it's good food. So that's understandable.

The problem is it's not fast food. They have a huge crew so it's not man power. But these guys are disorganized and the food took forever. It was hot when it...

They basically have 7 levels of heat. I ordered the tenders basket with the #5 heat and had to give up. Marco had helped with taking my order and gladly replaced my tenders with some level #3. Service was friendly and quick. My tenders were hot and juicy. The blueberry lemonade was incredible. I'll be going back soon.

Be warned, they are serious about the heat. I talked with another customer that also had to get some tenders with some dialed down heat....
