I have been here about 5 times since I moved to the area and haven't had any issues. The store is clean and the employees are fine. It's a typical Walmart and the checkout line situation will probably never improve.

Typical Walmart, nothing special. Ghetto like most Walmart's across the country are. No one ever wants to help you or asked if they can help you when they walk past a customer. Not enough registers opened and long lines. However, 3 stars for this location as a lady walked up and asked if that's all I was purchasing and was I using a credit / debit card ??? I said yes mam. She scanned my item (two wiper blades), swiped my card, printed out my receipt and I was on my way. She was a portable register and a blessing :-)

Thank you Wal-Mart for your TERRIBLE service. I was a happy customer, referred friends and always left positive reviews, but after a series of awful visits I will never go back. One visit- my online grocery order was sent to Arkansas Next visit- I waited 30 minutes for my pick up order that Arkansas originally had, only to see people arrive after me and leave before me, repeatedly Next visit- my son Ezra's name on his cake was spelled ECRA. I waited for 30 minutes for help from the bakery, then had to call the store to get someone who could walk over to the bakery to help me. Next visit- got a Christmas tree, took 3 hours and 4 customer service reps to try to wrap my tree. The reps were awesome, but didn't have the tools from management that they needed to be selling trees. Also, fake trees were listed with lower prices on the display than what they were actually being sold for. Total false advertising. Next visit- needed 2 rotisserie chickens. There were none ready to grab, but we're ready in the roaster, it took 2 ladies and 40 minutes with a lot of back and forth questions. "How many did you want again?" (Disappear for 10 minutes) "what kind did you say you wanted again?" (Disappear for 15 minutes). I finally had to leave to make an appointment and get my toddler to a restroom so I found a manager to help me. Next visit- grocery pick up- all my stuff got thrown into my car so roughly, my yogurt bust open in my car, my crackers were smashed and the box was crumpled and my blackberries were covered in mold. Complained online and got emails saying they called me but I never got a phone call. I will never go back. I would rather drive further than give my business to this company. Serious changes need to be made. Nearby stores have much better service and are worth any extra money just in undamaged goods and time saved for service.

I've been to Walmart on Palm Valley the past three weeks and the freezer shelves and the health and beauty pharmacy dept shelves don't seem to be re stocked adequately. I've never seen this so badly. I'm having to go to HEB to get my groceries.

Today it's 4 Stars I needed briskets and the guy stocking shelves stoped what he was doing and helped me! He brought me a case of briskets, after he weighed and priced them all, and let me pick through the box! Great customer service and very much appreciated!!

My wife loves the grocery pickup. We use it regularly. This review is with the automotive service center. It is sooo slow. I was there this morning with my son and I was showing him how every worker was walking like they were infected with a"sloth" disease. They walked inhumanly slow. Even reaching for a tool took ten seconds just to pick it up. I had the same experience three months ago. It looked as if they were on strike and this was there way of protesting. My son said they acted as if they hated us.

People in other HEB locations are way more considerate than here. Employees get dropped off to work shifts right at stops signs holding up traffic. No one is paying attention to stop signs or people

Terrible customer service in their Walmart Services. This is my second time having this employee wait on me. Slowest ever! Makes things more difficult than necessary. I waited 15 mins in line while she moved at snails pace.. Really? It's customer service. Meanwhile a longggg line formed. Her name is Carol.

If I could give them minus I would. It looks like no one is in charge of their fish tanks I counted about 12 dead fish and few other ones in decomposition process.

I used to love coming here when I just needed quick groceries or anything, but as I'm writing this I have been waiting at least 15 minutes to have paint mixed and the gentleman has been paged twice. I know there isn't just one person that knows how to use the machine so the fact that I am trying to give them my business and buying paint, supplies, and other items it's very disappointing. Now that I'm moving I won't have to deal with this anymore, I just figured I'd stop here on my way back to my new place. Pro tip, stay away if you're looking to get anything related to fabric, sporting goods, or home improvement items- if it requires an associate you'll be wasting your time waiting at a counter while other workers just page someone else to do something.
What a s*** show ,Went to Walmart looking for batteries walked up to 1st employ and asked where the batteries were he walk me to baby clothes at that point I figured out he didn't speak English.Walk up to 2nd employee asking the same thing he tell me he doesn't speak English.Just glad I didn't waste my money at walmarts.

its a walmart, it contains everything and is slightly less busy than other walmarts and is the only big box store in the area. Its the only 24 hour place in the area as well
