By providence, we bumped into the same staff that used to serve us at their Cedar Park location. Deals and rewards can now done via kiosk in-store or via app, so great CX improvements there.

Incredibly disappointed with how service and food have been the last few visits. Today i went through there drive thru placed my order then was told to pull around and they would bring my order out, i sat in my car for 30 minutes then went inside where the gentleman working informed me they lost the ticket and would need an additional 15 minutes to start my order. I waited an additional 30 minutes for them to still get the order wrong and chicken was burnt. I watched a door dash driver who was waiting before me leave and abandon his customers order where the worker was now saying “hell yea, I'm about to eat all this”.

Miss Airy is the best thing at this place besides the food! She helped me with the incompetent kid at the drive thru was spilling all his personal stuff thru the drive thru speaker. I ended up calling and and airy said to pull up took my order and was quick and pleasant. She should be paid to be the manager! She deserves a raise!

I was greeted as soon as I walked in. The manager took my order and only waited a few minutes to get me food. The burger was perfect and fries super delicious with just the right texture. Restaurant was very clean.

First time here, and I am impressed! The taste of the burgers was absolutely amazing, very juicy, well condimented and tender, the bun, the tater tots and fries crispy and tasty, I am just found a hidden gem! I am certainly making this place the one to go every time that I crave a burger.

The BOURBON BACON BURGER, priced at $14, does not meet expectations in terms of flavor. A standard $2 hamburger from McDonalds offers a more satisfying taste experience.

I’ve been wanting to try this location for a while. My mother was in the hospital across the street and I missed the cafeteria for lunch and decided to give it a try. I arrived about 10 minutes after the website said it would be done and then they said it would be another 15 minutes because they were short staffed. Nearly an hour to prepare an order??? No napkins in the bag, no ranch dressing with my cheese curds. Food was OK, but not outstanding. I’ll have DoorDash deliver from Mighty Fine instead next time.
