This place robs people of their money and then claims to not understand due to lack of communication with a language barrier. I asked for a certain meal and they charged me correctly on screen but then changed it the up size before I got to the window. They never told me my total and when I asked for a receipt she tried to tell me the machine wasn't working. After I told her I needed a receipt for business purposes she finally had given to me and sure enough they charged me more than they were supposed to. This was the manager herself! Reading other comments this looks like an ongoing issue. This is a form of theft. I will be contacting corporate as well. You need to hire individuals who can communicate with all customers not just one particular demographic. This is absolutely unacceptable and I wouldn't recommend this location to anyone.

The Eastern European lady that manages the floor is just not great at this. I witnessed her get frazzled with walk-in customer orders and get items wrong. When I visited again in the drive through I recognized her voice and it took me several times repeating my order for her to say she understood. I asked her to repeat the order back to me and she brushed me off. I asked her again and when she repeated it she had it wrong. I corrected her and when I came to the checkout they handed me the correct food items but charged me for the larger size items that I corrected her on. They did not give me the receipt so I checked my order online and it was obvious that they overcharged me and were too lazy to fix it.This used to be a great location - the only one I liked to go to - but ever since this lady and her team, all my experiences have been frustrating.

One of the best things I find in some Wendy's is the lunge area. Can enjoy my self some good food with friends and sit very comfortably. Not to forget they always got the freestyle by Coke. Just wish the flavors and soda choices were kept up more. Also, service is neglected to the customer inside rather than in the drive-through.

Baconator fries had bacon for a burger on it instead of chopped up bacon. Bacon didn’t look done. Cookies were stale and the girl at the window was kinda rude

I usually love this Wendy's, but I am never going back to this one. We just ordered our food, and I asked for a coke zero, I am a diabetic and regular coke messes with my blood sugar, and they gave me regular coke. I also ordered a strawberry lemonade, and there ended up being a fly in the drink. I don't know if there was a miscommunication, but the fly is unacceptable. Sadly, I didn't get to drink anything with my meals.

Sunday afternoon... Not to busy, however the from the distance of the intercom to the window the cashier deleted my order and gave me Two crispy chicken nuggets with no dipping sauce and had no idea what I had on my original order. She was so high I'd be surprised if she knew where she actually was.

This location is the definition of mediocrity. It wasn't bad nor was anything good. I arrived at the end of lunch about 130ish on a Saturday of a holiday weekend to be fair. The staff wasn't rude nor friendly which i was fine with. They just took the order and I pull around. I paid was given my drinks and then the food. As fast food goes very quick service, like McDonalds quick, under 30 seconds. This should have thrown red flags but I was trying to get out of town. The fried chicken sandwich was warm about right for hot holding but was not crispy and tasted old, the fried. My daughters kids meal was fine except the fries were cold and lacked salt. The fries as well had been hot held but should have been trashed about 10 minutes earlier. Said part is that when Wendy's staff does thing right their food is good. This time it was a swing and a miss. Even with all that said it wasn't so bad I'll never return to Wendy's just not tomorrow.

The difficulty these workers seem to have in understanding my order on one hand is understandable. A lot of them have English as their second language. But multiple times now I have had Them get my order wrong. I even had them take it back to fix it and the got it wrong AGAIN.
