I’ve been going to the same Wendy’s near my home for about as long as it has been open. In the past year, it has gone so far downhill, that I will not eat there ever again. The drive thru takes an hour; 30 minutes in line, 30 minutes in the sit waiting for them to fix their mistakes. The staff are apathetic at best. This Wendy's is the worst I have been to by far. I placed a mobile order 10 minutes away. Got there and the drive thru was insane so I went inside to collect it. after watching several mishaps involving a special order in front of me, I watched them give my burger to someone else by accident, swap it out, place the same burger in a bag and handed to me after standing inside for 20 minutes. got home and was so very disappointed to find a lukewarm burger missing toppings (ordered...read full review
