Worst manager ever,
This is not the first time with this manager' I asked her on the window for a cup of water and she said you should told me when you order and I am the only car outside!!!!!!

How can they not see that the chicken has freaking what feels like rocks in it? Just spit out nearly a 1/3 of the grilled chicken wrap. Couldn't finish it. Was literally biting into pieces of chicken that were rock hard. Wasn't bone. WTH Wendy's??!!

Apparently, the staff can’t read, or know the difference between a 6 nugget or a 10 nugget. I ordered through Uber Eats, 10 spicy nuggets and they delivered 6 nuggets. This is unacceptable.

They have poor communication they hand up when u ask for manger they laugh when there on the phone with you something needs to be done this is no joke it's work place I hate the people that work there manger you need to do something about this

Used drive thru so can't really rate atmosphere. Got 2 of their new blended Frostys. They were SO GOOD! I definitely recommend them. The only reason there's not a 5th star for service is because the person taking the order was not fully familiar with all ingredients- I asked about the caramel crunch to be sure there were no peanuts, he was not sure.

Went through drive through and was missing some items, went inside to fix the issues but couldn't get anyone to help me for 5 or more minutes, finally a spanish speaking partner came to help, spoke to him in spanish but still couldn't get my missing items, took about 15 minutes to fix the problems and was still short a frosty and hamburger. Finally got fed up amd left. Hopefully it was just a bad night for the place and not a normal thing.

Today I came to eat here, everything was very good except for the lady who attended me, I was trying to explain to her that I wanted to scan my points and she just yelled at me and told me that she couldn't, terrible customer service and also I ask for ranch and she put BBQ instead

This one location has been going down hill over the years. You get short curt service often just dismissed. They often forget food. Went one night they had no drinks, no sauce. I worked in fast food and I know things happen but because of declining service I'll be going to other locations now

At least at breakfast, they don't start (maybe don't notice) mobile orders until you get there. They speak only spanish, so if you don't, you can't communicate with them at all. Don't expect any politeness or urgency anytime of day.

If you’re ordering during the day you might have a chance but if you’re pulling up after 10 PM GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. I have ordered multiple time through the app for ASAP pick up option and somehow I always have to pull forward and wait for my food. I’ve even order food on the app when I was in a long drive thru line and I still have to pull forward. From a biggie bag to an actual premium combo it doesn’t matter, and if someone behind me puts in an order somehow some way they consistently get their order before me. Not only are the delays bad, it’s a 60/40 chance on if your food will be actually hot with a nice side of stale fries. At this point I’ll drive an extra 10 minutes somewhere for an actual decent meal.
