The lady working in the morning during breakfast on 3/15/24 is a lazy waste of life. She wasnt taking any orders from the drive thru because she was carrying on a personal conversation with a friend thru the window and when called out on it inside she claimed the system was down. If that's even true then put out a sign that states as much so people don't waste their time. I am sure working there sucks but you're not entitled to the job so you should at least make an attempt to do it correctly. I won't be back and hope this location fails, lazy people like her don't deserve a job and should be on the street.

We went to this Wendy's store yesterday. There were four employees working, no customers in the store. We were waiting for about 5 minutes to order and nobody came. One worker was on her phone, looked at us and went back to using her phone. Another wormer walked by and even said HI but didn't take our order. We left after commenting that it would be nice if someone could take our order!

It's been some time since I stopped in a Wendy's. Wanted a classic cheeseburger so I ordered one. Oops, my meal looked as if I ordered a baby burger. The kiosk images were more yummy than what was in my bag.Sorry, Dave!

When I arrived with my son there was about two people in the Drive-Thru so we walked inside and there was only two people eating inside. Walked up to the counter and observed six employees standing around talking and laughing. They all noticed us but let the standing there at the counter for almost 5 minutes when the guy did finally come to the counter to take our order he's no longer in a good mood apparently cuz he was very rude to us. He could have acknowledged us when we arrived and said I'll be right with you or something of the sort but they just ignored us I don't think I'll be going back in here any time soon.

I know most people think that Wendy's is just another fast food place but they do have differences from each other. This location stood out just because of the people that worked there. The front counter person that took our order was nice and patient. I am training my daughter to make her own decisions and to speak with the people she will need to in her life's path. The counter person was patient during this process and helped by treating her as an adult and making suggestions about her order and offering the available condiments for the food. So 8t was a good experience for both of us and she was able to make her own choices for her food too!
