This is one of the worst run Wendy’s around. The employees just seem like they don’t give a damn and are rude also. The food often comes out wrong or cold also. The place never seems busy at all so the service should be better.

Girl working the drive thru tonight was extremely unprofessional. I had an online order and usually that’s pretty hard to screw up. Spent 14 dollars on a chicken sandwich combo and guess what? No chicken sandwich. I asked her before I left if that was all because the bag felt like it had one thing in it, but said it was there. After driving 30 min home and opening the bag, I immediately call to get a refund because I didn’t just spend 14 dollars on something to not get it. The girl laughed saying oh that yea it’s here you can come get it. She told me that there was nothing that her assistant manager or her could do other than give it to me.

Fast and friendly. But the fries were greasy and overcooked. Actually had a burned taste, as if they were doubled-dipped in the fryer. Sad because that is all we ordered was fries & soda, and couldn't even eat the fries.

These women seem to either be stoned or completely inept... calmly rude attitudes... watching kids cartoons loud on the TV and playing on the phone at the counter while I wait for my order to be taken when they poured the wrong smoothie and served it... they then poured it back in the machine :( So much for health codes and a decent positive experience...
Ordered 2 asiago chicken bacon ranch sandwiches. Got home, no bacon on either one. Only 1 other person in the restaurant. No one answered the phone

I had not been to Wendy's in a long time, so when I tasted my burger, I was surprised how good it tasted compared to other fast-food places. They have revamped some of their prices, so it's a bit more reasonable than it was on some items. I like that you can add lettuce and tomato for free, too. I was happy that they had caffeine-free diet coke, which most places do not. I just could not figure out their App on how to get the free, small baconator special added to my order, and the 2 workers also did not know how. I will eat their again when they offer good deals.
