Extremely bad experience at this Wendy's branch. The cashier was uncooperative. She showed no willingness to help or fulfill my order correctly, which made me feel disrespected. It is unfortunate that this is the level of service in a place that is supposed to provide a positive experience for customers. I hope management takes action to improve employee training and ensure they treat customers with respect and appreciation.

Went through the drive through this after noon. Ordered 2 baconators with baconator fries. Only got 1 baconator fry. Ordered 6 count spicy nuggets. Missing completely. Ordered sprite to drink. Watched the drive through lady let it over run for a good 10 seconds. Completely flat. Thankfully they got my daughter’s 4 count nuggets correct. Tried to call the store. Ignored 3 times

Pulled up to the drive through, made sure to yell my order to make sure the person taking my order can hear it, ordered 10pc nuggets, large fries and a coke, they tell me to park forward to wait for my food so i pull forward, 6 minutes pass i get my order but no drink, i asked where my drink was and she said i paid for just the nuggets and the fries even though i asked for a coke as well, i was already running late to work so i just left.

These kids at the window charging for medium and large combos that exceed the menu price by $3 is getting old. When I ask them to change it to the menu price they act like I did them wrong when they are the ones robbing the customers.

After receiving HORRIBLE customer service at Popeyes next door I ended up going to Wendy’s and received POLITE QUICK AND PROFESSIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE. Great job Wendy’s! I’ll be back and refer my friends to this location:)

Never go here. This place smells, it may have a mold issue. The drink machine creates cokes that taste strange. This might rate a health hazard.
This is one of the worst run Wendy’s around. The employees just seem like they don’t give a damn and are rude also. The food often comes out wrong or cold also. The place never seems busy at all so the service should be better.

Girl working the drive thru tonight was extremely unprofessional. I had an online order and usually that’s pretty hard to screw up. Spent 14 dollars on a chicken sandwich combo and guess what? No chicken sandwich. I asked her before I left if that was all because the bag felt like it had one thing in it, but said it was there. After driving 30 min home and opening the bag, I immediately call to get a refund because I didn’t just spend 14 dollars on something to not get it. The girl laughed saying oh that yea it’s here you can come get it. She told me that there was nothing that her assistant manager or her could do other than give it to me.
