a bug fell out of my burger. worst experience I’ve had here . I was a former employee at Wendy’s as a manager so I know how it runs and it’s not how it used to be . It’s all re heated up and NOT FRESH .. needs to be shut down. District manager needs to be involved .

Ordered a Dave's double. It was ready almost instantly. Shocked because I knew this could mean dry meat. It was dry, overcooked, slightly warm, cheese not melted, WAY TOO MUCH ketchup and whatever sauce comes on it. Obviously was sitting for a long time as these patties were dry as paper. Such a disappointment.

The food was horrible, cheeseburger was kind of stale and dry, the fries were cold and tasted stale. Do not waste your money here. Not worth wasting your hard earned money on a place like this. This is the first Wendy's I have been to that the food tastes Bad/Stale.

...just ordered a large fry and sad that the person at the window dropped my dime...they didn't offer to tell me not to worry about it but I just gave them another dime...sorry I'm just upset I lost $0.10 when I hardly ever get myself food and to lose some limited cash I had doesn't make me feel good about my purchase and wish there was better customer service...(fast forward 30 minutes for this edit)-Got home, live less than 2 minutes away and fries were cold/stale/and absolutely gross....I don't even know why I bothered coming here hoping I was going to taste the amazing sea salted fries Wendys once was notorious for serving but boy was I wrong.-If Wendy's were to give me my dime back or try to make up for this I may consider changing my review but after seeing numerous negative reviews where no help/contact from Wendys tried to help ...I honestly doubt they even care.

Double burger and bacon cheese fries.Burger was great, cheese, bacon fries a mess to eat. Not order those again. Atmosphere typical burger place.Wheelchair accessibility: Handicap parking the turns for a chair would be a challenge coming into building to order.

They do not have high chairs to accommodate children. So we could not dine in.

This location is very very good. The service is always fast and the food is always tasty. You are quite professional. However, there's one thing that I have to comment on is that sometimes they forget my fries. Which isn't always nice because I do enjoy their fries it's not the worst thing to happen as they do remember everything else, but sometimes I'm just missing some fries other than that though not a bad place

Roundrock Tx .was horrible non-american restaurant I've ever been to in My Life I didn't know I need to know how to speak a third language to order a frosty called coffee however Miss Maria met me with her very argumentative very unpleasant and was eager to make sure she made sure I didn't not feel satisfied when leaving the restaurant she would not feel my cup up with the frosty that I paid for a whole cook she gave me what you see in the picture also the contact number on the receipt is invalid it don't even work horrible service horrible communication. also horrible team. Member for leaving someone up front to conduct business and you know they can hardly understand or speak English but you mad at me

Worst wendys. I ordered the baconator double combo with chili and a large Dr pepper and was not sent that even tho my recipt on the bag claimed that was what i got. What was sent to me was a single patty burger, nuggets and a unsweet tea. If you cant read a ticket and make the order how it is asked then dont work that job.
