Some people complain that the service is slow here. If you are being realistic and observant, you will note that it is because this is one of the busiest Whataburgers in Central Texas - ALWAYS. It is slow because there is a sizeable crowd that all want their service NOW, and the footprint for a Whataburger does not allow it to scale up for busy times. Otherwise, the people are generally pleasant in spite of the constant pressure and impatient (sometimes rude) customers. The food seldom has errors which is unusual for the high volume, and it is always hot/fresh, and a great economic value.

Waiting 25 minutes in a fast food lane so they give you slow service and the wrong order. Ordered Nashville hot wings and they gave me buffalo. They forgot an order of fries and gave us no ketchup even though I requested it. Then I open the chicken strip box and that’s comical. They’re each one inch small. Waste of time and money.

Waited almost 5 minutes to GET MY ORDER TAKEN. One young lady taking orders on drive thru. She also taking orders at front register. There was a manager in dining room on his laptop
(Middle age hispanic) Guess his computer is FAR MORE important than helping employees take care of CUSTOMERS.

I stopped by one morning for a quick simple order. They messed it up and i felt forced to take it. It took them a while to get my food and was only asking cashier to remove and correct it. No luck.

This is the only restaurant I’ve ever been to where ordering online is SLOWER than ordering in person.
They frequently have no one taking orders at the register, so there’s no one to give you your order when you order online. Even then it’s never ready when it’s supposed to be.
And the drive through is terrible. I waited for 30 minutes tonight and the line didn’t move at all.

was not greeted when we drove in, which of course is never an issue on its own. we asked for plain on an item and when the item was received, it had mustard that was wiped off. the person eating it could have been severely sick if it was not checked before hand. the label was also marked as plain.
the part that could be eaten was delicious so no other complaints. the service could be better, but I understand we all have bad days and I hope this was just a bad day.

You know I don't know how it's possible to mess up a plain and dry burger 4 times in a row... When I do decide to come over here for lunch I order the same thing every time and yet every single time I get condiments in a plain and dry burger like come on its the easiest thing to make and yet it loaded every single time.
The food is the same as the others.
The workers are very rude. I wanted to go into the bathroom before ordering and they rudely told me it was closed without even asking if I was a customer.
My friend who is Muslim ordered chicken burger and they gave Bacon which is religiously prohibited for them to eat . We told them that the Manager lady had a don’t care attitude. She even lied that they gave chicken. Worst attitude
