Genuinely the worst WB in Texas. Awful food preperation and even worse service. I work right next to it, but will never be going here again. I'd rather drive 10 minutes out to go to another location.

Food is good, had the breakfast. Not too bad, hashbrowns are expensive for what you're getting. Honestly, if you want a decent fast food breakfast, getting Whataburger breakfast isn't a bad choice.

Went to this location on our way out to San Antonio, had to bring fried back because they were wrong, drove halfway down the highway to find NO MEAT IN BURGER, employees were laughing at the situation as if it was hilarious. They def should’ve been reprimanded by the Asian manager that obviously had less authority than his own employees. I feel sorry for this manager having employees like these. Very rude and disrespectful employees. Not very pleasant.

I got a chicken sandwich and some onion rings really early today like still at breakfast time the picture is what I got. I asked for extra lettuce and tomato. There was so much sauce on it that it was soggy and the bun wasn’t any thicker than a tortilla seriously I don’t know who sat on my sandwich before they sent it to me, but I just can’t seem to get good food at this one which is a shame because that’s the closest one to me. I feel like they never get it right

Waited 1/2 hour at two in drive thru for food. 4 cars in front of us. Insane. My friend waited 30 inside a few weeks ago with four kids. After half hour got money back and went to Wendy’s.

Update: today our electricity is out so I dared to go back here. This is a picture of my order of onion rings me and the person I was with who had a separate order with both ordered only a sandwich and both were charged for the meal given fries even though we asked for just a sandwich ask for onion rings separate and I got home and my food was cold Ice cold we sat there 30 minutes waiting and then by the time I got my sandwich it was five minutes until we got home and my food was ice cold . Five minutes. Still waiting to have a good experience here.

I had a great experience at Whataburger! The food was fresh, hot, and exactly how I ordered it. The restaurant was clean, and the team worked efficiently even during the rush. What really stood out was the excellent customer service .the manager went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect and that guests felt welcome. It’s always nice to see a manager who truly cares about both the customers and their staff. I’ll definitely be coming back!

I stopped by Whataburger last night, and it was such a great experience! The staff was super friendly and made sure everything came out fresh and hot. My burger was perfectly cooked — juicy, flavorful, and stacked just right. The fries were crispy, and the shake was the perfect sweet touch to end the meal. The restaurant was clean, cozy, and had that classic late-night vibe. Definitely one of the best Whataburger visits I’ve had in a while!

I just came to get a quick breakfast and I stood at the counter for 5 min and no one acknowledge me. So I went to the bathroom, came back and waited another five minutes, and no one acknowledged me again. I believe that your fountain machine on the counter is blocking their view from the registers. I don’t think that they even realized I was there, but I left because now I don’t wanna eat there anymore.
