Food was barely hot and we ate there didn't even taste like it was under the warmer fries were almost cold but we don't want to send it back didn't know what we will be getting back.
The atmosphere is from a clean environment a clean bathroom which I use several times in the cashier was wonderful loved her vibe

When we walked in I was immediately greeted with a smile by the shift lead and I believe her name was Larissa! She brought out our order and the food as warm and amazing. The new design looks great and was very clean! Love me some Whataburger!

Hate this place..They kept me waiting asking my car to move forward.. after 10 mins and many cars passing by, i had to remind them as looked like they messed up

I know it can be busy at 12am but I all I was asking for was a sub of sauces on my sandwich for Jalapeno ranch, what I got instead was chicken smothered in buffalo sauce. 12 minute drive to go home so that sandwich went into the trash.

The night manager, Justin, exhibited horrible customer service and social skills in handling our situation: placed an order on the app around 10:55, walk in immediately afterwards, only to be told that the store was closed and that “I don’t know… I don’t know…I don’t know” how to help is get a refund or forward the order to another location or why there was no indication of the store being closed, in-person or on the app. Inexcusable.

Nice folks. Generally good food. PLEASE AT LEAST WARM THE HAMBURGER BUNS!
Good burgers, not great.
Fries are always hit and miss. Sometime warm. Sometime cold. Sometime hot.
