We bought several fish sandwiches it was Easter Sunday ? & a kids meal they weren't expecting the crowd that they had but I'm sure that the business will get better in time, they were also short staff! It took a long time to get all food to our table.

Lived here for less than a month and first time my husband and I got whataburger before my Dr. Appointment. They forgot the hashbrowns. Second time going for a dinner, not only did they hand the order to the wrong person, but proceeded to hand me the order that we saw being brought back inside! Also, they messed the burger up aswell! What is up with round rocks employees??? We've also had trouble at McDonald's inside Walmart too.....
This has been by far the best Whataburger I’ve been to. The gentleman in the white shirt servicing the people inside and bringing their food to their tables definitely makes an impression and improves customer service experience.

I pulled up to the drive thru window and they told me they don’t have burger buns. I honestly had to ask them to repeat themselves as that’s how distraught I was. “So you don’t have burger buns at Whataburger”? But you have Fancy ketchup sweaters for sale? ?♂️ What’s next? Is McDonald’s going to run out of fries. Get it together Whataburger. How embarrassing for you.

Ordered my food. Waited at the drive through for probably 15 minutes. And I had to ditch out because I had to be at work...Went back again a few days later. Trying to apologize for what I did. But I'm trying to order some more food. Same thing happened this time. I was going to be late for a Doctor's appointment. So I am not going back.
