I work the night shift at Amazon. I come through here just about every night and I always do an online order on their app. When I come in between 2:00 and 3:00 in the morning and pull up to the drive-thru 95% of the time they already know who I am and ask me to pull straight forward. The people that work the night shift are very friendly they're nice they always have a smile and they like to make sure that their customers are happy. I have never had any bad experience here at all.

Waited a while to order for someone to take order in the drive thru. Ordered in outer lane, then told to merge with inner lane. Line was so long I couldn't merge and people didn't want to let me in. After sitting for 5 minutes still unable to merge into inside lane (because no orders were being brought out), we left. This was at 8:15 pm, not the dinner time rush, so come onnnnn.
