I just ordered 20 wings for $30 and they are rotten bones pure black every one of them. I have pictures. I made my son puck it out so he didn’t get sick. I hope my money is returned!!!

Never order online through Wingstop. Order through door dash or whoever, that way at least you don't have to call the store when they decide not to answer as well as the driver. This is the third time my order was never delivered when it said it was delivered. I don't understand why I put an address, text, or call(driver doesn't answer or get hung up on) the driver to help deliver the order to the right place if it doesn't get delivered.

This location has the WORST customer service. It used to be good, but has gone downhill. My sister went in to get her order, literally stood at the register and wasn’t acknowledged. When the worker did come up to the counter, they helped the person behind my sister, but never acknowledged that she was there. Then I tried to call and no one answered the phone, it just kept ringing then had a fax signal. I wouldn’t recommend going to this location.

Don’t order online with them! If you do, check your order before you leave. Missing food. No way to call. No refund. You’re screwed unless you have time to drive there to complain. The worst part is, they weren’t even busy!
We called twice, asking whether the naked wings and battered foods are cooked in a separate oil. My girlfriend has celiac and dairy allergy. The man on the phone confirmed both times that they are cooked in separate oils and fryers.Come home, girlfriend eats the naked wings, starts to have an allergic reaction.Thanks for the glutten, guys. Never eating here again.
