My fries were cold. I had an 8 piece and all 4 of my lemon pepper wings appeared to have hair or fried feathers on them. I’m tired and have been working on my feet all day, pick up dinner for myself for $23 and can’t even eat my food. If you don’t eat slop, don’t serve it to anyone else!

Management needs to rehire a majority of their staff. Mot people are just standing around don't even know what to do bc it's so busy. Management needs to get another fryer in there with 2 people doing order for to go and dine in. It's pathetic how bad every location is the exact same issue. I bet big wigs are trying to run Wing Stop to the ground just like they Tried to do with Game Stop just to put money in their accounts.

Best tasting wings from a Wingstop location. The wings were perfectly fried. I asked for extra crispy. The dry rub was dry and not too oily and coated with just the right amount of seasoning. I ordered right when they were about to open and the order came out at the time I requested. There were only two people working that morning. The gentleman who helped us was working so hard to fulfill orders.

I ordered delivery and my food arrived missing the fries I paid for. Very disappointing, especially since that’s a basic part of the order. If I can’t trust that everything I paid for will be delivered, I won’t be ordering again.

Order wings waited 30 mins before I left the house. Once I got to the store, employee said they just started my order. Give them 20 mins. I went back inside after 30 mins. To be told they still haven’t started my wings give them another 15mins. Employees very smug on her response. Shouldn’t take hour and half to receive your wings. Not pleased with my experience
