Food is average. It has a different vibe compared to other restaurants in Round Rock. Price is ridiculous. I spent $10 on a sandwich and $6 for 7 onion rings?? Place always has a weird smell about it.

Chicago cheese steak was good. Nice portions for the price. Cool place with Chicago memorabilia on the walls.

Ok. I have been going here for many years, and I fully enjoy eating here with my family. They say that their portion sizes haven't changed. But I don't believe it.. We were there for lunch today, and the portion size has been smaller. I wish I had taken a picture of my beef sandwich. So show you that their sizes have gotten smaller. Even the bread they use is not the same as it was a couple of years ago. Next time we go, I will take a picture and show you the comparisons.

I had this place a couple of times so I never had a problem. But I went there to pick up an online order and as I left the guy comes running out to tell me I didn’t pay. I told him I ordered online and paid, and he said I didnt l. I showed my bank statement to prove that I already paid. They to keep up with the online orders so that they don’t have these problems. I felt like I was being accused of stealing and had I been anyone else I could have flipped out. Either way they need to correct that so it don’t happen again.

Ok, if I wasnt from Chicago I might give this 5 stars, but if there were more options in Austin for Chicago style doghs and beef, I might give them 3. My staples growing up were Chicago style hot dogs and Italian beef sandwiches. This place is pretty authentic, but could use work on both items. The buns for the hot dogs NEED to be steamed , and warm and soft. They feel like they are straight from the bags. They sometimes omit the celery salt, and too often do not have sport peppers! This is blasphemous for a Chicago style hot dog (I worked at a hot dog place for many years in Chicago). The Italian beef is good but when you say "dipped", it needs to be DIPPED! Wet. A little soggy even! Other than that its good, with the authentic hot and sweet peppers. The Italian sausage sandwich is also good but I rarely get it. The cakes are excellent. And they should have better fountain drinks. And the cups they have for drinks are terrible. Ive had lids come off and spill all over multiple times.

We loved the food and the staff had good suggestions. The tables and chairs could use a little sprucing.

We found mold in the bread that my husband was eating. Eww! No apology, just a confirmation from the employee that it was mold and a "do you want me to make you another one"?

The food portions are good for the price and service is fast and friendly. It's a nice change of flavor from some of the more common places in the area of you're looking to try something different.
I dined in on a Sunday afternoon, and the place was pretty empty. My food came out quick. I got a Chicago dog and a chili cheese dog, which were both tasty. The fries were crispy and hot, but very bland. The women’s bathroom was clean.

If you like Italian beef sandwiches. This place is to that like Hoodies Subs is to the Philly cheese steak. I personally like the combo beef and sausage. I've been coming to this place for years. It's always a really good sandwich and the staff is always friendly.

I had some coworkers highly recommend this place , so I went . I have to say very disappointed in the size of the food , I had gotten the gyro definitely not the normal size you would get living on the east coast . My son’s and husbands Italian steak was extremely soggy bread , and the price I paid definitely not worth it .. It’s something in the books I can say I tried the place .

Unimaginative gut bomb sandwiches...only sides are fries or bagged potato chips.
Ordered a salad that had old onions that had been sitting on the line too long.
I was excited to find a new deli but this is not the spot I am looking for.
The only plus I can think of is affordablility.
We ordered catering for a party. The food itself was delicious. Felt like I was back in Chicago. The first bite of my juicy Italian beef tastes like home. All the guests at our party were impressed.
We had a pretty large order, so I don't always expect perfection. But some things weren't great. They left out relish entirely for our hotdog packs but gave us a TON of mustard and like 4 containers of giardinera. Luckily I had a little relish on hand, but not enough for the party.
The plastic container of au jus leaked in the foil container the food was given in- so that was quite a mess.
The manager had promised a laminated "how to" guide for the hotdogs. Instead, we got a screenshot of the website printed- with the search bar OVER the information, folded up and put in a dirty picture frame. Needless to say I had to do my own last minute.
We also got a bag of someone's Uber eats order mixed in with our stuff. Didn't realize until we got home, which was a 40 minute drive away. Someone was probably missing their cheese dogs and Parmesan fries, but being as we were so far and our party was soon after, we just kept it.
