Superb! I have made the hajj to Snow’s, I appreciate the craftsmanship and consistent excellence of Franklin’s, Black’s, Coopers, and even paid lots of money eating at Hill Country in Washington D.C. However, I think I have found a new favorite. I’m not going to get into specifics but as every barbecue aficionado knows, good meat doesn’t need sauce.
