We came here after several years of making the recipes out of the cookbook. We do a lot of BBQ for friends and non-profits and a ALWAYS requested desert is their famous Texas Trah Pie. That said, I had to have some from the 'Mothership' and it did not disappoint. I started with a cup of the Jalapeño cheddar soup - very good and then had the shrimp & grits - also very good.
