Tender, most moist brisket and interesting flavor twists on the classics - pickled onions, thai slaw, and cucumbers. Loved the brisket rub and I definitely would buy both of their bbq sauces. Potato bread slices really set it off. My family went on a Sunday at 2 so the vibe was quiet and private. We would say this is top level BBQ. $75 for 2 lbs of brisket, and 16 oz of slaw plus fixins and we had half of the slaw and 1/4 brisket left, so it's worth it. I do agree with another reviewer that suggested more acid in the slaw. Staff was very kind to us. Looking forward to trying more next visit. We found our new favorite BBQ spot.

Came after the 4th of July parade and got to enjoy the delicious smash burgers they were serving for the holiday. So, so good!!! In addition to the delicious food, the staff and owners are so incredibly kind (even on a very busy day), and the atmosphere of the restaurant is clean and cool (and literally cool too, which is appreciated in July in Texas!). Will definitely make a trip back to Round Top just to eat here again.

Had a really nice quick meal there today. Had a smoked turkey sandwich, probably one of the best turkey I have ever had. Juicy, peppery, delicious. Also has potato with brisket, looked like all point/fatty brisket. Very tender but maybe a touch underseasoned. Had Cole slaw, was very good but maybe could be slightly more acidic.Wish they had real lemonade and not soda fountain lemonadesWill be back when we are back in round top again.

Came down with my mom and oldest daughter just for a girls day. We wanted a quick bite to eat. It was delicious! Portions are really nice size as well! I had a smoked turkey sandwich. My oldest had pulled pork and my mom had friend and we also got some loaded potato salad. Everything was good! My fave was the South Carolina bbq sauce sweet , tangy and a little spicy kick. They didn’t have any to purchase but were so kind to let me have a little. We will definitely be back soon ! Thanks y’all!
