We wanted to check out the place with the new owners and the food was amazing!! The cheese sticks were enormous and exquisite (according to my daughter). I got the salmon, sweet potatoes fries, asparagus, & green beans. I’m allergic to dairy and they were able to accommodate me without skimping on the taste. My salmon was cooked perfect (I like it medium). My husband had the chicken fried steak with mashed potatoes, green beans, and a big piece of cornbread. Everything was cooked well & tasted great. My daughter also got the tomato soup and liked the taste but she personally didn’t care for the creaminess of it. We can’t wait to come again soon!! We sat in the Cowboy Lounge with the AC!

Wow! I landed here for the 175th consecutive July 4th Parade in Round Top and glad I did! There's a great big shady porch that was a real comfortable place to watch the parade and eat.
The restaurant was packed with super friendly people. Everyone having a good time. The staff was all smiles.
The menu; finger foods, burgers, sliders, pizza and a bunch of enticing entrees. I had pork belly bites that were crispy and delicious, served with BBQ sauce. Excellent!
Last thing, we got lucky because there was a phenomenal rock, blues band!
Perfect. Good times.

Came to town for a quick visit. This place was a breath of fresh hair. The restaurant had a great atmosphere, the waitress was friendly and accommodating, the food was great. I gave the food 4 stars only because the Mac and cheese was not as saucy as I like. I would definitely go back.

It would be a 5/5 stars if judged on food alone. The menu is great: quality, well executed meal of standard American fare. As a local, much appreciated. The reduction of a star is due to strage service. The waitress must be incredibly new to serving or overall unsure of her role. Small touches that would improve an otherwise great experience. Will come back.

Went to hear a band we wanted to hear and planned to have dinner. We were given a menu and then told we couldn’t order anything except pizza because they had a catering job. A restaurant shouldn’t take a catering job if it keeps them from serving their customers in the restaurant! We couldn’t even order a salad to go with pizza. I’ve never seen pizza like they serve. It was awful. So thin like a very hard pie crust. Hard and brittle! No sauce and just a few scattered toppings. I would be ashamed to call it pizza and serve it to anyone

The service here is absolutely fantastic, the prices are fantastic and drinks hit just right! I highly recommend the chicken fried ribeye! Even the shops and speakeasy are fantastic with good people always looking forward to next time and I always recommend to others. Im very happy with the new owner ship.
