We were just driving around while visiting San angelo. We found this and had so much fun! Lovely people, great food, cold beer. 10/10 will go again!

This place is a hidden gem. The food is amazing and the bar keep can open a beer like no other. The service is top notch it's a family owned and operated business . They are very personal, from the time we walked in we felt welcomed and like family. You have to stop in and tell them the California kid sent you!

If you’re passing through town you HAVE to stop here no doubt! The inside looks classic the food is OUTSTANDING and the owners are good people! I HIGHLY recommend the frito pie and the catfish with fries! It’s crispy but juicy in the inside! ???

I love small town mom and pop places and this one is top notch! The special sauce they serve with the onion rings needs to be bottled up to sell... it was so good!! Definitely a place I would make a regular spot.

WOW! What a great surprise! Unusually great food (catfish plate) incredibly authentic Texas filing station Ice House atmosphere, fun-loving crowd (shout out to Wayne and Jim). Definitely worth the trip. Karaoke and Live Music makes it worth another visit. Definitely a Texas Roadhouse for Texans and those who want an out of the way Texas experience. Come hungry and ready for an experience.
